If you need the best person ever to groom your pups, make sure to make appointment to see Tracy! She is amazing...I think she understands dog language. My 2 pups always leave Bogarts looking beautiful. Tracy calls me before they're done so I can come & get them. I went to several other groomers before her & there was always an anxiety issue...not any longer. I know the boys love her & she loves them back! She is the best!!! This place really comes in handy during the winter. I usually give my little buddy a bath at home but , it's winter time and too cold for that. Plus he enjoys the ride when we go. There almost little to no wait if you go before they close. They give you soap that's an odor eliminator and a conditioner a fully bottle of each. The set up is pretty standard but works great I just with they had some sort of ventilation In the rooms because it doesn't get kind steamy in the rooms. I paid 14$ this time we went I believe last time we went it was 12$. still a really great price there is not time limit on the rooms. I stayed about 1.15 hours my dog has tons of hair so it does take me a while to get him in top top form. My little guy had an accident on the floor when I was paying and I can tell how irritated they were with me and I had my hands full and I cleaned it up and they just gave me a weird look. So yeah I didn't like that dogs have accidents like what do you want me to do?? I'm sorry bit you work ins pet store it's not the first or the last time it's going to happen .they made me feel uncomfortable I paid then as soon as my transaction was done the cashier immediately walked away without saying a word. However for under $15 bucks you can't beat it! They also have a huge variety of dog and treats food that's harder to find at retail chains. A private dog grooming room with a stationary tub and no moving stairs! I'd say this is on the pricey side of self-grooming, but this place is classy, not tacky. We were given one towel per dog and there is also a dryer in the room. We had a forty-five minute wait because they only have two rooms and both were in use when we arrived. I forgot to ask if we could have made an appointment to reserve a self-wash room. I would have rather reserved a room at a specified time rather than wait with two big dogs as their anxiety builds. They have a couch you can sit and wait on, so that helped. I wouldn't have waited if I had to stand around that long. I bought a bag of CBD treats for my high strung dog to sleep at night, two large stuffed bones, and two baths, cost $82. read more

The groomer is great however, if you're buying bakery items, Don't. I purchased several items for two dogs, a Yorkie and a Yorkie Pomeranian, and they couldn't even bite through them. The next day, I went back to question and was told that they were crispy and that certain dogs wouldn't be able to eat them However there was no mention of that when I bought them. Also, there was two sizes but the price on the rack said $1.49. It didn't mention there was another price. When I questioned that they said oh will change that for you, kind of snotty. They acted like I was the one that should've asked questions. So beware. make sure you ask questions before you buy as there are no refunds for bakery items read more

We went to the location last week in Henderson. We planned on giving our 2 huskys a bath. When we got there we where advised that it was going to be a 20min wait. We where ok with that. Come to find out that only one tub was working due to a plumbing issue. We where then told that we could not walk around the store with our dogs and we has to wait in a corner of the store till it was our turn. We had that WTF look on our faces like its a pet store and we cant walk around. The employee told us that the man who was bathing his dog doesnt like people to watch and his dog does not play well with others. This dog is so bad the owner has to put a muzzle on him just to stop from getting bit while bathing the dog. To me this dog should be the first dog in or the last dog of the day, or if his behavior is that bad thats a safety issue. Well 20 minutes went by and the guy was still bathing his dog and we where still stuck in the corner. We chose to take our business to another place in town. The way this store operated is not the picture the owners paint on their web site. If you have a dog avoid this location and this company all together. I've been using this company for self washes for many years. I've been using this location for the last 2 years and they have steadily gone down hill. Nothing is maintained there, they ran out I'd aprons so I ended up using my own, the water takes forever to drain so rinsing takes a long time and their dryers haven't been maintined either but I was willing to overlook that until today. Today there were NO towels cause their dryer is broken and there is a price increase. Why am I paying more for less? No thanks. I can't overlook it anymore and will just make the extra drive to another place thats going to make my dog washing experience a pleasant one. read more

I really love taking my cat to the self wash. My cat is an unwilling participant- so the staff knows I need to get in and out quickly. The stations are clean and private and always fully stocked. She even told us she has 3 Soft Coated Wheaten terriers, 2 get shaved cuz they are so matted, and one that she does a puppy cut for. No, we get Tina grooming our dog and she didn't know what she was doing. They told me my dog was matted, Tracy told Tina that. The only place he had some matting was by his ears. Absolutely love this place! I get dog food here all the time. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. They always update me with how many bags I've purchased (usually buy X get X free). There are monthly special promotions that spotlight a particular brand. When this happens, treats, food etc are usually on sale together. They also bake their own treats that my dog lovesssss! Last time my girlfriend came here, our nosy little boy kept eyeing the treats and the nice lady at the counter gave him a mini one! They definitely know how to take care of their customers. I take my shibas Charmander and Gigi here all the time to get groomed. Shibas are notorious for hating baths but they are always excited and happy to see Ray and Tracy. The whole staff is super nice and helpful. I'm so glad I made the switch from Petsmart to here a while back. I've seen a noticeable difference in my dog's moods coming here vs petsmart grooming. the shampoos they use here are great as well. read more

Really disappointed, as I wanted to support a smaller business. However, I have been miss-scheduled here on appointments twice. Not only that being a major inconvenience, but I started taking my puppy in for their Pup Package since I was discouraged by the groomer in getting a full groom due to it allegedly messing up dog adult fur. Fine, if all of her fur was brushed and not just the top coat!Now she has to get all of her fur shaven off because of the unbearable matting of her undercoat. This was our first time here... I saw some reviews that they have adorable baked goodies to celebrate your pups birthday! I was so excited. But unfortunately I was incredibly turned off.. When I walked in I was politely greeted by a young girl. She helped us with the Dog cookie & peanut treats that say "happy birthday" and she grabbed them with her bare hands. She didn't use tongs, or tissue paper to grab the freshly baked treats. She didn't bother to use hand sanitizer and had long nails with dirt under them. I don't mean to be rude.... Then asked would you like to leave something for the groomer whom provided the service. Which I then said to add 3. Register name was under Chris. She then repeated me and said "add 3." She added $30. She then stated that she told me add $30? Which she did not. I'm not sure how adding $3 means to add $30. For future reference I would never try to argue back with a customer, especially about something you did not say. Listening to your customers is key. I pass this place every day on my commute to work and have always been interested in checking it out because of the clever name! I finally found the opportunity to stop by since my family and I were celebrating our pup's 6th birthday. My coworker had mentioned that they offer a variety of baked goods and specialize in birthday treats too. I walked in and was surprised at how big the place is. It's very clean and by the looks of it, they have everything you could possibly need for your pooch. I was expecting the variety of the baked goods to be a bit bigger, but there were quite a few things to choose from nonetheless. All of the treats are colorful and super cute! My pup really enjoyed the PB Poppers. They're all reasonably priced as well. My only complaint is that the birthday cookie I got for my pup cracked in half before I could even make it home because the plastic container that it was placed in was too small. This was my second time getting my dogs nails done here. The staff was nice, my dogs are not comfortable being held up in the air which should have been clear to those doing this. Last time they put the dogs on a table and it was less stressful for them. They have raised their prices, and the snacks are over priced. The price wasn't clearly marked so didn't see until ring up. Will be looking for a different place to have the boys nails done. Sad I did like the place before pandemic---- but they changed. read more

We had our first ever experience with Bogarts today & I cannot believe as a pet owner & lover I had never been in there! We had our 2 year old maltipoo Piper groomed this morning. After being SEVERELY injured & requiring vet care twice before; once at Petco & once at Petsmart I was really concerned we would never be able to have her professionally groomed again & lack any and all skill to do it myself. I was worried she would be too traumatized & just terrified to go. She had never willingly just let me hand her to a groomer & not tried to come back to me in full wiggle. I believe dogs have a sense of character & are able to pick people better than we are. She went right to the groomer like she knew her (whose name I forgot I am so sorry) & from the start she was comfortable & receptive. I've also never dropped at the groomer before and not had to wait 4 hour minimum to pick her up. It took less than 90 minutes to groom her and she came out so happy and beautiful. Bogarts was a very welcome breath of fresh air for me today & definitely reinstated my faith in reliable & safe grooming. Not only did she pull the 40lb bag of dog food off the shelf and brought it up to the front. She brought it to my car and put it in the trunk. So I didn't have to wake my baby girl. Friendly staff Quality dog food brands Cute bakery items for the pups I get my dog's orijen food here and a chicken pumpkin mix that I put on her food sometimes. I also grab her a couple of pizza slices they make for pups and she looooves them. They have a loyalty club for your dog food, get some back after purchasing 9 or 10 cant remember exact details but it's always nice to get a little something back in what you gotta buy anyway for your fur baby. Love this place. I went in on my dog Axl's birthday to get his nails clipped and we started talking about the pricing of the bathing which is honestly the best I've found in this area. I ended up doing a full bath with de-shedding. Valdez and his partner overheard me saying it was Axl's birthday and not only did they give him an awesome bath but they also put a happy birthday bandanna around his neck.
