Extremely poor communications on numerous occasions where I was scheduled for court the next day and still did not know if what to do as she did not call or email. I had to make numerus phone calls and emails to her office to get an answer. She also ignored my emails when the court sent me notices and I forwarded the notices to her asking what to do, My impression is that her method of operation is to take my money and dispose of the case as quickly as possible despite what was in my best interest.

Deflect all you want with excuses which you are great at. Bottom line is you failed to do your job. thankfully you were dismissed from the case and we have now been able to re-connect with the children despite all the damage you caused and it didn't need a social investigator at the cost of $50,000+. Also, all the allegations made and produced by opposing counsel were finally confirmed in court by the opposing party that they were fabricated allegations and not based on truth.

Iam currently being represented by Jeff Rapkin. Let me say it has not been great. Very awful I must…read moresay. He might be quick with divorces but not a Guardianship for your adult child. Almost 14 months and I still don't have my Guardianship papers for my son who has Autism. I'm also applying for Child Support which I can't get without the Guardianship, per Child Support. He thinks he knows all about child support but he doesn't. He only argues with me about it. Every time we have a hearing something comes up and it gets rescheduled or he just forgets about us. He has admitted in his texts to me that he does indeed forget about us. I totally agree with the first guy who gave a bad review. He doesn't call back. Maybe has once or twice in 14 months. Doesn't respond to emails/texts. If I go to his office I'm there maybe 5 min and then I get kicked out. He has to run to another client or run an errand. Forgets about our meeting times. Said we could meet weekly to check in. That lasted only one week! Ive had where I called his number to talk to him and his wife answered! I had to pass a message on to her because he didn't want to come to the phone! I don't want to talk to her. It's none of her business. How unprofessional is that? Maybe I shouldn't be complaining because he volunteered to do this guardianship pro bono. Wait, Guardianships are free to file. Well free isn't always better. I feel as though he has been only dragging us along only to get my hopes up. 14 months is way too long to be waiting on a Guardianship. I can't do anything for my son because now he is over 18 he has to fend for himself. Oh and I did get a coguardianship but with my ex husband who hadn't been in my son's life since day 1. He got a coguardianship with me even though we have been divorced almost 20 years! Jeff's brainy idea! Worst idea ever!!!I can see if something happens to my son where he is in the hospital, both me and my ex husband will be arguing about his care. I asked the court for an emergency Guardianship hearing. They can't help me because I'm being represented by Jeff. I feel like he will drop us after dragging us along all this time and because of this VERY HONEST review. He is playing with our lives here. I would not recommend Jeff to do your Guardianship even if it's free. He will not take the time to help you and he simply doesn't care. He cares more about his image of running for judge than to help me finish this. I see his current posts on Facebook. He is not even worried about finishing what he started. I'm tired of sitting back waiting on him and he is doing nothing. It's like waiting on a boyfriend who treats you bad but you sit by the phone waiting for him to call. Final Child Support hearing is coming. He has me so stressed and upset. He has way too much on his plate to keep up with being a lawyer. Can you imagine if he becomes a judge? You can't imagine what I'm going through as a single parent. To put me and my son through this, he shouldn't be running for judge. He simply doesn't care about us!
