The Best Charlotte County, Florida Criminal Attorney and Criminal Record Expungement Attorney in Punta Gorda Florida! If you are facing criminal charges or have a family law matter? You have to call Bogle Law in Punta Gorda Florida! My attorney Katy Napolitan was there for me at every stage of the legal process, she explained all my options and answered all of my questions and she was on top of my case the entire time. What I loved most about her is she is a fighter. She will fight for your rights. She worked so hard on my case and she got my entire case dismissed! I did not have to go to court and nor was I in any condition to go to court I suffered a terrible injury from this incident and I was an emotional wreck and was in no condition to be in a court room. Part one of my nightmare was getting my criminal case done after my criminal case was over I hired Katy Napolitan to get my criminal records Expunged and Sealed and removed from the court house and sheriffs department website that was part two of my case. I thought it would take forever because there are so many stages to getting this done! But AJ from Bogle Law firm helped me through the agonizing waiting to find out when it is done and how much longer will it take questions! I am so grateful for him because is was so nice every time I called and had a question and whenever something could be done to get this done faster he did it! He basically held my hand all the way through this waiting process and he even emailed the judges assistant and emailed and called the Sheriffs department to get my records down off the courthouse and sheriffs department website!
