I stopped by Bohemian Bull in Myrtle Beach during happy hour, and I'm so glad we did. We were craving burgers and beers after a long day out, and this place hit the spot perfectly. The burgers were straight-up fantastic, juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Paired with their beer selection? Spot on. They had a solid lineup of IPAs that actually tasted fresh and hoppy, not that watered down stuff you sometimes get at tourist spots. We sat at the bar and the happy hour deals made it even better. Last night we went to bohemian bull. There was a lady(?) sitting at the bar but she said all the seats were taken by friends of hers. They never showed. My cosmo and his Bloody Mary were disgusting. Not exactly sure where to begin so I'll just say the drinks were mediocre, even after going round & round with the staff on whether or not the coke was flat. Seems like a sports bar but it's more like a dive bar that sucks the food not great they didn't have my beer of choice then proceeded to charge me for a beer they wanted me to try, I opted for water with a dried out lemon, I ordered the Waken Bacon Burger I figured bacon would have come on it but no. New place for us. Saw a YouTube video that recommended it, and it looked like it was worth a try. They were correct. First, being Wednesday, all burgers were 1/2 off. Score! So both my wife and I ordered burgers. I had the "That's My Jam" burger...delicious. My wife has a much more simple palate and did the BYOB...a plain cheeseburger. She got fries with her and I got the loaded brussel sprouts. We both enjoyed our meals immensely. Were they the best burgers we've ever had? No. Nowhere near. But were they good burgers at a good price...yes. I also had an "adult beverage" from their very extensive drinks menu. Yum. Service was exceptional from the jump. We were enthusiastically greeted at the front door and our server was helpful and friendly. No complaints here. Ambiance? Nothing special. However, it was very nice and seemed very clean. There appeared to be several customers that I would call "regulars." The staff seemed to k ow them by name and the customers knew the staff. This always seems to be a good sign to me. Overall, we were pleased. Good food. Good price. Friendly service. What more can I ask for? Give it a try if you are in town. I attended a holiday party at Bohemian Bull so this review will reflect that experience. We were seated on the outside deck area and unfortunately they were unable to close up the screens on an unseasonably cold evening. They did provide a few area heaters that did help those in the group sitting close to them. The service and drinks were outstanding. We had two waitresses and they were on their game and provided excellent service. I had the Gyro Chicken Burger, Ground-in-house chicken burger topped with arugula, whipped feta, tomato, cucumber, and tzatziki on a Brioche bun. We ran across this restaurant by accident. We thought we were going to Chicago Pizza. They had been there for many years. We walked in and got seated right away. The waitress brought over the menu's for us to look over while she got our drink order. We didn't realize we weren't at Chicago Pizza until we looked at the menu. We decided to try this place out. My husband got the Bbq Cuban sandwich with fries. I got the Chicken Philly along with loaded Brussel sprouts. The fries my husband got were cold and he said his sandwich was mushy on one side and hard on the other side. My Chicken Philly was really good and so were the brussel sprouts. We looked at the menu and decided to give it a try. The waitress was fast and friendly and took care of us well. I ordered the bar b Cuban sandwich. Lacked value. Ambiance was nice, the restaurant was clean. They had trivia night Wednesday so that's something to do if you're interested. Went here for the 1st time on Sunday December 7th 2025 with my parents and Aunt and Uncle. We chose this place because that day we were going to A Night Of A Thousand Candles at Nearby Brookgreen Gardens, and it was a place open on Sundays. We walked in, and found our party sitting at a table. Oh, just a little feedback, I did feel a little cold where we were sitting which was by a side/back door that led into the bar. The bar was on the right side of us, and we were sitting at a table, and the booths were on the left. While small, they did have lots of tables. Their menu consists of sandwiches, burgers, some salads,entrees, appetizers- and even had Happy hour drinks but not on Sundays. Our server did a good job of checking on us and taking our orders. We were in total a party of 5. server brought 5 waters, some had beers. For appetizers we ordered some nachos. While I liked them because the cheese wasn't overbearing, and hardly on- they did have less toppings on them and seemed a little plain. Good news is that the chips weren't salty either, and again I liked them. For dinner, I ordered the fish and chips with Sweet Potato Fries. Love their side options like onion rings, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, salad and more! Other people in my party got burgers, and salad. Food came out in a timely manner, and really enjoyed my fish and chips, as it was a big portion. After we all ate, we had some dessert like Key Lime Pie- and a brownie sundae. Did not have lunch so we came here for a early dinner. We were greeted at the entrance and seated immediately. Started off with a beer and ordered the black and blue burger with macaroni salad. My wife hade the Cuban with sweet potato fries. Bailey, out server, was very friendly and considerate. They play 80's and 90's music that rocks. This restaurant has only been here for about a year. Twice now we've had to send food back because it was overcooked/burned, and the replacements were not much better. The first time, it was a side order of Brussels sprouts, which were burned. The replacement order was burned. The second time it was a hamburger ordered cooked rare, and it was cooked medium or medium well. It was replaced with a hamburger cooked medium, not rare, not even medium rare. Furthermore, the fried green tomato slice on the burgers (both burgers) was very, very thin and overcooked. I could not even taste any tomato. On both visits, the hostess and servers, Nate, the first time, and Bailee, this time, were excellent. They had nothing to do with the cooking of the food, yet they apologized and tried to make it right. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not measure up. read more

They were thinly sliced with a well-seasoned batter and a slightly spicy ranch type dressing that was my favorite part. I got the chicken gyro burger which was good. I liked it better with lettuce instead of the arugula it comes with. The burger was well-seasoned and the toppings were fresh. I like sauce and it came with a lot of tzatziki on top. I felt a pita bread instead of a brioche bun would've been better. There were very generous portions of shoestring fries on both of our plates. My friend had the wake and bake burger (I think it was called) and doesn't like coffee, so he didn't love the coffee rub and stated the jalapeños were really spicy. Overall he stated it was decent. I cannot comment on service or ambience because we got an order through GrubHub. I read the good reviews online so was shocked about how bad the food was. My husband ordered the calamari and it was like chewing rubber. I ordered chicken fingers. They were not only burnt but so dry they almost choked me. We ordered a small order of fried pickles and I'm so glad it was small because they were also rubbery with no flavor and horrible pickles. We ordered the brussels sprouts and they were OK. The only thing that was actually good was the onion rings. We were celebrating a special occasion and decided to try this place, but it was a horrible meal from what I read.
