I was very disappointed in this dentist office. I understand it is no longer owned by the dentist that started this family clinic, and it shows by the lack of caring by their employees. I had my teeth check by another local dentist and was amazed at what they found that apparently was missed in their haste to get to their next patient. Very Happy that I an no longer with this dentist. Not even sure who owns this anymore, was told by another ex patient that this is no owned by a investment group. Best of Luck read more

Dr. Bohle and his staff are amazing!!! They are very easy to work with. Every time I've interacted with them I've come away feeling like they are the best dental practice in Kentucky. I went to Bohle Family Dentistry with a broken tooth with decay that was hurting very bad. The Dentist assistant x-rayed my tooth for the Dentist (DR Williams) who looked at me and said do you want a root canal with crown or extraction. I said I need this tooth pulled. He left the room and the assistant said she could refer me to another dentist or make an appointment for a later extraction. "Excuse me" I said, I need this tooth pulled. She said she would go ask dentist Williams if he would pull my tooth to relieve my pain. He said no and sent her back with a prescription for pain meds. Bohle Family Dentistry charged me 100 dollars for an x-ray and sent me away..... I am a 63 year old white male and a veteran. I have never been treated in such a manner by a so called dentist. Dr Bohle is so expensive, charged my insurance a ton of money then had me pay a ton out of pocket. I have been to many other dentists that did not cost half as much. Next after my appointment my jaw was sore for a month! He filled a tooth that later had to be pulled because of a botched job. Tooth was completely metal and screwing up my sinuses. He drilled and filled it so far up inside the sinuses. I had sinus infection after sinus infection for years due to that tooth and how he fixed it. It was a rush in do the job (not a very good job) rush out and pay a ton of money for crappy service. I will never go back. He charges so much and he really put me through h*** with his crappy work. I do not want anyone else to suffer by the hands of this dentist. read more

The experience that I have had with Bohle Family Dentistry has been a horrible experience! My wife has been working with Bohle for over two years to have her upper teeth replaced. Yes, the staff there is friendly for the most part but, seem to be very uneducated on their patients and their needs. The dental assistants NEVER know why the patient is there. Even after the extractions and coming to the post opt appointment the very next day the tech asked so "are you here to discuss your dental plan?". Their unwillingness to know what the patient's visit is for makes it very apparent that they do not care about anything but money. And, They ARE very expensive! Bohle's is not the example of, "you get what you pay for". During the extractions, my wife who was orally sedated, heard Dr. Williams state to one of the techs to "just file it down, make sure that it will not rub her denture". Thinking that surely a dentist that could not get all of a tooth removed wouldn't just file it down below the gum, my wife thought that she had misunderstood since she was sedated. In fact, she heard Dr. Williams correctly! He could not remove all of the tooth and just filed it down! This caused sever pain and eventually an infection! I called numerous times explaining that the swelling was increasing and the pain was getting worse. After having to explain every time who my wife was and what the procedure was that she had performed, I was told that it was normal and should be better soon. Finally, we got an emergency appointment with another dental company and found out that all our suspicions of "shotty" work were true and that in fact, my wife did have an infection. She had to miss over a week of work, laid in bed in extreme pain for several days and now may have to have corrective work to fix what Bohle's Dental Practice has done. This is just the tip of the iceberg of a long line of bad experiences with Bohle's for us but, to sum it up... Please think twice before you let Bohle do any major dental work for you or your family. read more

Terrible bedside manner. He didn't even do the fillings himself, he let his girls do them. I paid a large amount of money to have several teeth fixed at once; I'm still making payments because CareCredit has a 20% interest rate, and I now have ZERO molars on the bottom. He charged me to pull a tooth that HE broke. Bottom line: he's cheap for a reason. If you consider going to him, just save yourself some time and hit yourself in the face with a hammer. read more

I was encouraged to purchase a package. This caused consistent issues with checking out after visits. Eventually I was denied a cleaning I had paid for already. The staff told me different reasons every time I called. They promised to call back and never did. I have not been told the same thing twice by any member of the staff about the bill! Bohle had no interest in keeping me as a patent and would not return calls. I tried to resolve my issue with polite, patient, professional--but I got burned for over a hundred dollars. Luckily I was able to solve a double billing with the office. Otherwise, I would have been charged twice for a cleaning I never received! Don't bother with this place. read more

They did an estimate for my husband to get extractions and dentures . Total came to 2700+ 900 for upper 900 for lower dentures but didnt have insurance. The following spring we had insurance so we went back they again told us same amount 5 appt in they had done a mold sizing etc thought it was extraction time. They again tried the dentures on my husband then said go schedule another appt we were wondering why mo extractions yet. We go to set the next appt they tell we owe 2700+ plus more before they will do extractions. They said we were maxed out on our insurance. I called my insurance company they told me they paid 3000 for just the dentures !!! Plus I paid 604 out of my pocket and we still owed 2779 more!! For what!!!! Needless to say I paid for his teeth so I picked them up and I pray they fit once we go else where for his extractions !! They robbed us of our money and maxed out my insurance !! read more
