Great service, attention and obvious expertise in his field - I cannot recommend PT and his team enough.

I married in the spring of this year and found that the water heater was inadequate to provide hot water for my new family and, so, not knowing better, called this so-called plumber for replacement options and he guaranteed that an on-demand propane hot water heater would take care of our needs. He and his employees spent a Friday afternoon installing the new unit, only for us to have even less hot water that evening than before the installation. He and an employee returned the next day, doing some sort of work for 6 and a half hours, including cutting and splicing pipes and never found the problem, constantly blaming other plumbers that had worked on the original plumbing for their poor workmanship. He even named another plumber in Pagosa, stating that that man "had his daughter (an unlicensed plumber) do some of the work and she must have screwed it up". We asked Mr Dimmucio to stop working when his next suggestion was "to start opening up walls to find the problem". That night we had absolutely no hot water and many showers and toilets actually had no water at all, yet the propane heater never stopped running the whole night. My wife and I began calling and texting Mr Dimuccio numerous times that night and the next morning for help and he did not answer. The following morning the local water company telephoned me to let me know that almost 7000 gallons of water had run somewhere in our home overnight! At that time, I realized that the only place that much water could have run was in the crawlspace beneath our bedroom where these men had been working the previous day. That is exactly where I found the water, along with a splice that Mr Dimuccio had created which did not hold and was the source of the flow. From there, I went to the carpeted, furnished basement we have, which is on the other side of the basement wall from the flooded crawlspace and found that it, too, was flooded and much property ruined. This so-called plumber carried inadequate insurance to cover the cost of all damage, costing us almost $5000 and, in an effort to recoup this money via the Colorado small claims system, this person hired a lawyer to pit my wife against me in court for claims made. Decide for yourself if you would let this person touch your property.

I asked them to be careful driving around the back of our property because we have sprinkler heads, and they went above and beyond. They walked the entire area first, and while one drove the truck, the other walked alongside to make sure they didn't drive over any of our sprinklers. That level of care and attention really impressed us. They were professional, courteous, and left everything clean when they finished. Before they left, they took the time to thoroughly explain our new system and answered all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend VIP Plumbing!

I had 2 heating zones in my home that were not heating. I met with James and he made it sound like an easy fix. Service techs (not James) showed up on time a couple days later and were very nice and respectful. They replaced 2 zone valves. One zone worked immediately. They could not get the other one to work. They told me to leave it on overnight and see if it would start up but it didn't. I called the office the next day and explained to the girl that it was still not working. She said she would talk to James and call me back that same day. I never heard from them again. Nothing! Also, when I called for the original appt. I asked the girl how they charged for service and she told me they charged $100 for the diagnosis but they would apply it to the charges if they did the work. They did not. They charged me $300 for two zone valve installations and added $100 on top of that. $400 total. Very expensive for 2 zone valves. I definitely would not recommend them!
