On the road to Baltimore. Our motel had continental breakfast but I only wanted coffee. I knew there were Bojangles near and since there were none close to Tampa Bay, my desire for a great biscuit was growing. This location was the next up I-95 and though a few minutes off the interstate, it was worth the effort. Since we were on a schedule, we hit the drive through. My excitement got everyone interested. A steak biscuit, sausage biscuit and a large tea for me. Steak biscuit for grandson and Boberry biscuits for wife and granddaughter. The biscuits did not disappoint. They were light, buttery and delicious - all agreed. Of course I think I could have eaten several more but was cautious due to long drive ahead. Just go elsewhere. Stopped in here off 295 and one of the employees was using the restroom with the drive thru headset on while also on her phone. Once done, she bypassed the sink completely, walked out and went straight to the drive-thru window and started taking orders and making drinks. WTF?! Gross! I left. I love bojangles chicken and fries but to get good quality food. You need anything to walk inside and wait for them to cook it fresh. I only recommend going through the drive through during the morning rush because everything is being constantly cooked. They lack good customer service and man they are so slow. This review is a two-parter.... this specific location and the chain (overall) 1) This location is slightly off the I-95 and 10th street. There's nothing really near this location. The staff is SUPERB!!! There weren't that many people there when I went. I had ordered already and been eating when my party decided to get more food. When I started walking back to the front, the cashier who rung me up earlier (I noticed) stopped her sweeping and met me at the cashier practically the same time I got there. Another time they noticed I was trying to get some sweet tea, saw that it had run out, and instead of making me wait for them to refill it they took my cup and refilled it at the drive-thru fountain. I LOVED THEIR SERVICE!!! 2) The chain is pretty stinkin' awesome! My first experience I was blown away by the chicken, mac n' cheese, biscuits, and DIRTY RICE!!! These are the best things on the menu, but above all is the DIRTY RICE!!! Cannot go wrong. Being from the "left coast" it took a drive through the Carolina's to have my first go at Bojangles. What an absolute nightmare. We stopped in at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. It still took over 15 minutes to get our food. No one was in a hurry. Bojangles is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I don't get to come here much, but when I do I look so forward to it. This is hands down the worst Bojangles I have been to. Waited 45 minutes inside the restaurant for food. Messy, extremely disorganized, not to mention 2 employees were fighting. I'm a truck driver, I had parked beside this location and noticed the dining room area was closed , I called and and explained I couldn't fit the truck through the drive through, and the lady took my order, and let me in to pay and grab my food! This is my all time favorite spot and I always stop here...no matter what. They are based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, but have hundreds of locations throughout the state. They are mostly known for their cajun fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits. My favorite item on the menu is the Cajun Filet Biscuit combo which is a seasoned breast filet served on a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit. It comes with skin on fries generously sprinkled with a house-made seasoning blend and your choice of a drink. Most go with a sweet tea. I, however, opt for the pink lemonade. If you like options, there are a ton of fixin's, biscuits, and sweet treats. I recommend the Bo-Berry biscuits, a made-from-scratch sweet blueberry biscuit topped with icing. read more

The whole point of a fast food restaurant is that you receive your food in a timely manner. The manager took our orders and exhibited extremely poor customer service skills. Bojangles always has great fried chicken, biscuits, dirty rice and cajun pintos. This restaurant was disgusting. Filthy restrooms, dirty tables and chairs, carpet and poor service. Supposedly they just got a new manager. Hope it helps. The employees seemed to have no leadership or knew the plan of operation.
