The salesman we sat with was Shannon. He was very kind and professional. He made several suggestions on safety precautions for my mother. But the most impressive was the high quality materials they use as well as the installation process. He understood the rush I was in to get this completed before my mother came out of rehab but at the same time the installation process was not compromised at all. This company goes out of their way to use the best products along with quality work that will last. The other companies we interviewed with did not use quality products and were proud to say they complete it in one day... that shouldn't be if you want the adhesives to dry properly. I would use this company again if I have the need.
