The store is pleasantly clean on the inside and its displays are always well laid-out and incredibly enticing. Seldom seen delicacies are available on cut-price offers and the store's selection of seasoned burgers and sausages during the summer months is second to none. On a recent visit, I purchased 3 trays of ready-to-cook peri peri chicken for just £5! The meat is always of a good standard, the staff are friendly and the store's wide range of great deals is simply superb. Highly recommended.

I was most surprised by the selection of roasting joints they have on offer here. I bought a large side of beef for a Sunday roast and some pork scratchings for the journey home. The pork scratchings were delicious and everyone enjoyed the beef on the day I cooked it. If there is a piece of meat there that is too big for your occasion then they will cut it down to a more ample size for you, no questions asked. I would be happy to come back here again because the quality of the meat is so good. I'm fed up with pre wrapped meats in supermarkets so I need a good selection of butchers close to my home. The staff are a real friendly, talkative bunch and always make their customers feel welcome and there are always some great bulk-buy offers available. There's also an impressive range of ready-to-eat foods on sale. The chicken 3-packs especially caught my eye on my most recent visit, priced at just £5 and ranging from Chinese, Minted and Tikka style to BBQ and Peri Peri.
