While it's only 2 blocks from all the hotels around Plaza Del Sol Shopping center, it is on the edge off a higher end neighborhood, and people drop off a bunch of shoes to shine or heels to repair. A man and a woman were working , although there were 3 shoe shine chairs. At 08:30 it was open but didn't ask the hours. I find these places have flexible hours anyway. About 10 minutes, 30 pesos which is 1.60 US , round it up for a tip. Great shine! Insert wolf whistle sound effect here. Pro traveler tip, bring ALL your shoes to Mexico, ask your hotel if there is a Boleria near by, drop them off and pick up same day or next day.
