And because he did, this Daddy was able to get his little girl her Homecoming corsage. Pete told us that a greater part of the problem was a flower supply issue. He wouldn't let me pay while ordering. He set up a Plan B with alternative flowers in case the flowers he wanted to use were not able to come in. I felt confident that he would do his best and he delivered which is evident in the photos I'll provide. I'll include pics of the beautiful arrangement I bought my sweet wife as well. I've learned through reading some other reviews that Pete has been painted as a mean owner that doesn't care about the customer, but, that is certainly not the Pete I had the pleasure of doing business with. I know too, that sometimes emotions are high when ordering flowers because perhaps there's a loss of a loved one involved. Sometimes there's no pleasing a customer and sometimes some folks aren't willing to accept even a sincere apology. I can't speak for Pete nor can I for those that were not pleased with his business. I can, however, vouch for our experience and to my family Pete saved the day and went over and above. Thank you Pete & Staff!

I spoke to someone Monday evening, maybe Pete.  I understand mistakes happen.  You put the wrong card on the flowers, see below.  There is a big difference between a $75.00 bouquet and a $50.00 bouquet. But to tell me, that you would call and explain the mixup is sad. How do you tell a person, oh, that lovely expensive bouquet of flowers is not yours.  Your is the cheap one.   That would be heart breaking.   Both of our parents/grandparents have passed recently, and it was a special gift from them. Their response to me was , when I send flowers again.  You will make it special. I sent a follow up email and they never responded. The delivery was later than normal arriving on Friday, and the family that was decorating had left. The delivery specifically stated to be delivered to the surprise birthday party (with the name of the person receiving) and it would be in the conference room. The party was on Saturday, and I never heard anything from anyone. I asked the recipient on Monday if they received the flowers and she said "No. What flowers?" After much communication back and forth with the florist, it was determined that the delivery person just left the flowers with the front desk, and that night clerk just sat the flowers in a back office! I was offered no apology, no compensation or anything to make it right. My friend went to the hotel herself to get 3 day old flowers!! Now, I realize mistakes happen, but I ordered online again for a co-worker's birthday. After ordering online, I was on the road with my job, and realized I needed to change the card, and emailed the florist 24 hours before delivery to change the card and provided wording. I call today because the flowers have not been delivered, and the lady was very curt and said "We don't check our email. It's a holiday week and we are busy!" What?! You have already been paid for this order, and I suggest that if you do not keep track of your requests online or check your email, then you DO NOT PROVIDE that option. Many of us are willing to pay for that convenience and assurance because we can't get to the store front or don't have the luxury of phoning in requests. Remove the online order option, because it does not matter to this florist. I requested a time of delivery and it's still going to be late.

(I wanted these to be special for my friend that was promoted to which she was barely acknowledged.) I picked this bouquet because of the colors as her favorite colors was included.....except for the fact that none of her favorite colors were in the clump of flowers she received. And yes, I understand that orders may not be exact, but come on. If the florists needs to switch out certain flowers, at least make it somewhat close to what was ordered. Usually, the florist will contact the customer if the flowers are that different....did not happen. But I suppose since they've already been paid, who cares what flowers are sent out. If I spend over $100 on flowers, I would think they'd, at least, the flowers would look fresh and somewhat close to what was paid for.....very disappointed. I, most definitely, will NOT use this florist in the future. WOA, be specific, in detail, if you don't want things switched out, or ask to be contacted if they don't have anything close to what you're ordering.

The pictures posted of this spot don't do it justice because they've completely remodeled it to a beautiful cafe/shop where I always manage to pick up a new piece of jewelry or fun toy for my kiddos. The seating area is very spacious and accommodates our group of 10-12 with plenty of leftover seating for other patrons. The staff is so sweet and lovely and incredibly helpful with suggestions or letting you know when new merchandise is coming in!
