You do have to wait a while for your food but the service is good, it's just that the food is all made to order and takes time. The selection of vegetarian entrees is quite bountiful, and the vegetable rice biryani is wonderful. I also appreciate the vegetable Manchurian, which is chock full of tasty garlic. The texture and mouth feel of this dish is also splendid. As a foreigner coming from outside of the Philippines, I have been pleased that the staff has been helpful with menu selections. I feel welcomed and at home. I applaud their use of spices in every dish, they are prepared with particular skill. When I finally am through with an excellent meal created here I feel ecstasy during the taxi ride back to the hotel.
