We are intrigued by the history, and the architecture of the stones, statues, and mausoleums. We knew that in this cemetery we would find the graves of the lives cut short by the Johnstown Flood in May 31,1889. The unmarked graves in the cemetery give you a chill as you look upon so many that were not identified. Grandview Cemetery today is one of the largest in Pennsylvania with about 235 acres of land. The cemetery sits high above Johnstown and has a beautiful view. There are more than 10 miles of roads that connect the 47 burial sections. We were fortunate to find many graves from 1889. May they all rest in peace.

The space was warm and welcoming, and they had a great display set up of photos and mementos of her mum's life. The staff was easily able to accommodate the larger-than-expected crowd that turned up for the service. But what made this such a memorable memorial service was the personalization to our loved one's life. My friend's mum was disabled, and as such, a large portion of her friends and contacts she knew via the internet. The staff at Moskal & Kennedy helped set up a Skype broadcast of the service so that her friends around the world could virtually attend. They were even able to join in and share memories and stories to our group in Johnstown from as far away as Vancouver, the UK, and California. It was unlike any memorial service I've ever attended. Most of all, I know how the staff at Moskal & Kennedy made my friend feel comforted in her time of need. And I'm grateful that they were able to put together such a beautiful send off for a wonderful person.

So never go here it's run by heartless money hungry people!!!!

Over the course of a year and a half, I was involved in planning 3 separate family funerals - my…read moreuncle, my grandmother, and my great aunt. Mr. Harris (Bill) and his staff could not have been more professional, compassionate, or respectful of our family during our period of grief. Bill and his staff made everything run as smoothly as possible, patiently explaining all of the steps for the funeral and interment, walking the family through the major decision points, and outlining other things needed after someone passes that we wouldn't have thought of otherwise - like getting extra copies of the death certificates for life insurance, legal, and financial paperwork. For my grandmother's funeral, he helped coordinate a car service, which took a large amount of stress off of the family on an otherwise devastating day. Bill also offered a projector for us to share a photo slideshow I created, and they added music appropriate for the day. For my great aunt's funeral, the florist dropped the ball and delivered the arrangements to the wrong funeral home, but Bill and his staff did all of the calling and coordinating for us to ensure that new flowers arrived prior to the start of the visitation. It seemed like the whole staff tried to make things as easy as possible on the grieving family, which is appreciated in such a difficult time. The facility also offers a private area for the immediate family, which we needed when it became too emotional for us to speak with visiting guests. Finally, I feel that credit needs to be given to the preparation and dedication given to our dearly departed; Bill was able to present them in a way that honored our memories of each of them. Bill paid attention to small details and made sure personal affects for the viewing were returned to the family. As much as I'd like to never have to plan a funeral again, I know that if/when I do, Bill and his team will be there to offer comfort and support as they always do.

Corrie made two (free) trips to our driveway in the snow to get the info needed to replace our B&S…read moreengine on my log splitter. Ordered the right engine, came out a third time, replaced the engine on the spot. To my amazement, new engine started on first pull and splitter worked like a champ. I know, because Corrie stuck around to split some logs and make sure everything was working right. Good work, reasonable price, and he answers his phone himself.

The value of this business is 0. Never again will we use Stouffers Mobile Mower Now, after he read the above review he calls me and says he's coming to look at the mower he previously serviced. It took my review to get him to call me to do service that he promised to call about last week. If you can avoid using this business I would do it at all costs. He's not very nice!!! His reply is that of a typical business that has been called out on social media. If he would stay off here trying to defend all his bad reviews he might get some customers satisfied, but he is too worried about what people are saying. WHY is he worried?!?!
