I would rate zero stars if I could. My elderly mom was a new patient here. Not only was the optometrist rude and unprofessional, the nurse (Hong) was even worse. My mom had made a $40 deposit (per this clinic's policy) for an eye exam prior to her insurance approval. The nurse gave my mom such a hard time when my mom attempted to call about the refund, since the insurance agency had already confirmed that the office was already reimbursed. After about 1.5 months and 4 phone calls later, the nurse reluctantly gave my mom back her money due to my mom's persistence. Then, she proceeded to ridicule my mom, saying that she had made a big deal over only $40, which was only enough for one meal anyway, implying that my mom was cheap. Steer clear of this place. I can only imagine the type of mistreatment other elderly patients may have had to endure going here. read more

This office is dirty and unorganized. If an American patient step inside the office, he/she will walks out in a heartbeat. We had an appointment but had to wait for 45 minutes to see him. He still is in operation because he lives on Vietnamese who is not master in English. Most of his patients are elderly. Because of the rating has one star I would give him 1/2 star only. Patients have a choice to find a well organized and clean office. read more

Doctor is utterly unprofessional and condescending towards myself, other patients, and to his staff, calling us "stupid" and "crazy", borderline verbally abusive. Office and medical equipments are filthy and basically nonfunctional. I do not trust this doctor or anyone involved in this office for any medical care. YYOU DIDNOT DESERVE even 1STAR! Mẹ em 64 tuổi, sáng hôm thứ 2 july 6 có hẹn đi bắn laser mắt. Trớc đó mẹ em đã đi bắn laser chỗ này rồi cho mắt bên phải. Hôm nay đến office để làm nốt bên mắt trái. Vừa vào thì nghe bác sĩ V.T.M nói chuyện vs 1 ngời bệnh nhân khác 1 cách ko duoc vui vẻ, vì ngời bệnh nhân đó lo lắng và hỏi khá nhiều về bệnh lý, nhng bác sĩ có vẻ ko muốn trả lời thêm nua và bắt đầu có thái độ bực vs bệnh nhân vì bác sĩ cảm thấy bị làm phiền hay gì thi mình ko rỏ , và cũng ko quan tâm vì ko phải chuyện của mình. Mẹ tôi là ngời vào next, vừa vào mẹ tôi có 1 câu hỏi rất đn giản là : bác sĩ cho tôi hỏi là toi đeo khẩu trang có nẹp sắt nh vậy có bất tiện gì trong lúc bắn ko? Bác sĩ trả lời: hỏi mấy câu none sense nh vậy thì đừng hỏi ( trả lời 1 cách cộc lốc ) - Nói thật sự là nếu cái gì ngời ta cũng biết thì ngời ta đã ko hỏi ông, để cho ông mạc xác vậy đâu. Mẹ tôi từ lúc bớc vào office cha 1 lần làm phiền đến ai! Mẹ tôi nhận ra sự khó chịu của bác sĩ , nên mẹ tôi bắt đầu lo sợ trong quá trình bắn có vấn đề, nên hỏi bác sĩ có cần lấy đồ gì nẹp hoặc giữ cho đầu đợc giữ yên ko, vì mẹ tôi dễ bị giật mình . Thì bác sĩ này trả lời 1 cách thẳng thừng: bây giờ co nẹp 10 dây vô đầu cũng ko bằng việc chịu ngồi yên ! Câu trả lời làm mẹ tôi càng lo sợ, trong quá trình bắn mắt cho mẹ tôi. Bác sĩ liên tục stop và la lớn ngoài bằng giọng của mình 1 cách bực bội để nói chuyện với ngời ở ngoài. Mẹ tôi càng lo sợ ! Cho đến mức bác sĩ này tức tối đập xầm cánh cửa rất lớn , làm mẹ tôi giật mình và la lên. (Tiền sử mẹ bị bệnh tim và vừa đợc bác sĩ tim kêu khám vào tuần trớc) Thì bác sĩ cáo gắt nói vs mẹ tôi: Đóng có cái cửa vì ở ngoài ồn quá , có vậy cũng giật mình Lần trớc bắn laser mắt bên phải , tuy khó chịu và đau , nhng đau có thể chịu đựng đợc . Lần này vừa bắn xong mẹ tôi liền kêu đau và mắt rất rát, so vs lần trớc đây ko lâu thì nó đau hn gấp 3 lần! Mẹ tôi ko hết hoảng sợ , tim liên tục đập mạnh , thở mạnh và gây ra chóng mặt sau cú đập cửa rất mạnh của bác sĩ. Mẹ tôi ráng lấy bình tinh để hỏi bác sĩ là tuần trớc bắn laser bên phải mắt còn thốn nhiều có hỏi confirm lại 2 lọ thuốc nhỏ mắt xem có làm đúng hog. Bác sĩ nói nhanh qua cách sử dụng thuốc . Mẹ tôi nghe ko rỏ nên lập lại lời ông nói xem có nghe sai hog. Thì bác sĩ trả lời Uh Rồi ông ra khỏi phòng. Mẹ tôi tiếp tục đợi trong phòng hẳn 1 lúc sau thấy Ko ai vô. Nên mẹ chầm chậm bớc ra hỏi vậy là xong cha bác sĩ ? Thì nhận dc 1 câu cộc lốc là "xong rồi !" Vừa bớc ra chị tôi bên ngoài hỏi có chuyện gì . Sau khi nghe mẹ nói , chị tôi bức xúc vì cảm thấy bác sĩ rất là rude vs bệnh nhân . Và làm việc 1 cách "careless" tới bệnh nhân trong lúc chữa bệnh cho mẹ . Nên she nói chuyện vs cô assistance và cô ấy cũng nhìn nhận việc bác sĩ làm là sai và xl mẹ tôi . Nhng về phía bac sĩ này ko nói 1 câu xin lỗi cho việc mình đã làm Ngời việt lớn tuổi ko biet tiếng anh ! Nên chọn Ông này hy vọng nói chuyện se hiểu rỏ hn ngời Mỹ , chứ ko phải vô đây để bi coi là "cái thớt " để xã giận xã stress cho vị bác sĩ này!. This doctor is very impatient. In my life never have any professional medical personnel screaming at me or the patient in the next room. He had no bed side manners. He was barking to the wrong person. He had a bad temper and low matter to the patient. I don't understand why people are still go to his office for treatment. Don't go to this eyes doctor...he's very rude to his patients. Even he had education but he's acting worser than a little kid. He always yelling, screaming, bang on door in front patient. Especially no respect for elderly patients. Once he get upset at something, he will act madness in a rude way toward his patients. I wish I can have a record video to show everyone which I forgot ... Michael T. Vu should not be a doctor. Completely unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. He dismisses any concern you have, even if you insist that it is a problem, and does not care about his patients. Also the wait time is always terrible. We always wait for so long only get treated poorly when our turn has finally arrived. 0/5 stars. Worst place, worst service, worst Doctor ever. The place is so dirty, there was no soap or toilet paper in restroom. The doctor's sink was moldy, I am not sure he washed his hand before or in between procedures. Dr. Vu Thien Minh (Michael T Vu) was so incompetent & unethical with what he was doing. All the patients went to his office was because they do not speak English, and on Medicaid. He treated my dad (a handicap) so badly, yelled at my dad so loudly, and not even reviewed his profile before treating. When i asked him why he treating my dad's left eye which was completely blind, and of which all nerves were cut, he replied that it would help for the pain. I told the doctor that my dad no longer have nerve, so he neither feel any pain, and he had never complained of pain before. The doctor yelled at me for confronting him, and he said "I have 200-300 patients, don't expect me to remember them all". So I told him that's why he needed to review each patient's profile before treatment. Stay away from him please! (Wish I could give zero!) read more
