Great food and great service. The people who run the truck really act like they enjoy what they are doing. The truck can be a bit hard to find, so be sure to check ahead of time where it is. Cooking the cheese inside the patty turns out to be a really good idea. I've never had a problem with an over cooked patty from this place. One of the best things is the patty has just the right amount of "char" on them, that add a bit of crisp texture and flavor while the rest of the meat is deliciously juicy. My Wife and I thought we'd try this place out. Because of Covid it was a little awkward calling them when we arrived in a random, nearby parking lot and then someone rushing our food over to the car. Their food was excellent. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. I would recommend to them to get their menu updated on Yelp (I think they had issues getting it updated) and they should have their own website, but I don't want to ding them on that as I think they are still a bit new and want to see them succeed. Nick and his crew are amazing. The burgers don't have a lot of toppings but they're packed with so much flavor! They serve banana peppers which are amazing on the side but you can easily ask them to put them inside which is what I prefer . Ok so I told you I was going to compare Bomb burger with Brick burger. BOMB burger is BY FAR a better burger than Brick. Not only for the quality but Bomb burger stuffs their burger with cheese, they offer grilled onions, who does that?!, and they offer combos that includes chips and drink for $5 for one and $9 for two Where as Brick is $6 for a single burger with NO CHIPS or DRINK plus their Yelp page says they have wagyu beef but when I went there they only had Angus beef. Brick has raw onions and not many can eat raw onions. However they do put a spicy aioli on their burgers. BOMB is the better burger for taste, offerings and price. I would like Bomb burger to add more toppings such as bacon or chili beans, even egg or avocado. The guys are really cool as well where as Brick they weren't very friendly.
