Ryan and his team members are awesome! I've been using them for about 2-3 months now I don't recall how long, but having 4 dogs their poop can be too much for me to handle on some days. They potty in the front yard/side yard and Ryan's team members comes out and gets the job done. Remember it's an auto renewal after 30 days! They text you 15-30 minutes ahead of time to let you know when they're on the way. Which is a plus because you need to let the dogs go potty once more before bringing them back inside until they're done. The deodorizer helps a lot as well, but there's some days I feel like the poo smell stills lingers. Even when there's no new poo. My dogs poo just stinks that bad that it lingers! Lol! The initial clean up everywhere you look its clean! Even the smallest pup that goes and hides his poo they will find it and take it away. I'm surprised! Here is why: Reasons for deciding to go with service: 1) Ryan was VERY responsive and took the time out to answer every one of my questions. It's a big deal to me that he was patient enough to deal with all of my questions because I know I can ask a lot of them, probably to the point of being annoying to some. 2) I can't recall where I read it, but Bombs Away has a segment that discussed the importance of sanitation. I really appreciate that. Others may have the thinking, hey, I'm just cleaning up crap, we don't need clean tools but not Bombs Away! aka Ryan. 3) Ryan is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. The only time a service rep. had to knock is when I was distracted and not taking calls or viewing messages, that was no fault of the reps. In fact, I appreciated the service rep. just didn't up and leave due to my lack of response. 2) My wife is ummm, anal-retentive when it comes to certain things. She is passionate about those sets of things being done correctly, this includes the cleaning of our yard. She has literally stepped around every corner and crevice of the yard on service days to confirm the duty (pun intended) was completely evacuated, it always is. She is impressed with the thoroughness. Believe me, her being impressed with thoroughness is a huge deal. Happy wife, happy life.. lol 3) Ryan is helpful, and again, VERY RESPONSIVE. I like to get things done and not have to wait around to hear back so his responsiveness is important to me. also, I had to change my card a few times and he helped me, which I def. appreciated. What I appreciated more is that he taught me how to do it myself. As I said, I like to get things done. I don't currently use this service and prob. won't but it is nice that the option is there. Ryan is incredibly professional and responsive. I set up an annual prepaid account because it's so convenient and cost effective. Ryan uses the online and texting system to let me know when he arrives and if there are any issues (for example one time my roommate had let my dog out in the yard just as Ryan was coming to clean up, so I received a message from Ryan and called my roommate to bring the dog back inside the house). I purchased an annual pack for 3 dogs, but sadly one of my dogs passed away. Ryan was very understanding and worked with me to make the rest of the package fair. My backyard is poop-free every other Monday and it's such a relief, and a huge time and stress saver. 100% worth it, and I will be a long time subscriber thanks to Ryan's dependability and professionalism. read more

This guy just sprayed my dog all over with orange pepper spray!! I was taking care of my 6 month old child when I heard my dog screaming crying in the backyard. When I ran out I saw Bombs Away cleaning up dog poop as if nothing happened. I wrote on the client portal that he needs to meet the dogs before servicing our home. I asked him specifically to knock on the door to let me know when he is here so I can make sure my dogs are inside. He didn't. Some stranger walks in the backyard and she barked at him and he sprays her! WTF!!!!! He then continues to clean while she is back there. How scary can she be?! He told me this has happened twice before and he never once thought to call or alert me to let me know. This guy should not being running a business let alone an animal business. I hired Ryan originally partly as a joke to my wife and partly because we are lazy.
