Of course you can call in and talk to someone, but I was able to online, make my appointments in the middle of the night. Plus for me. At check in, I did have to stand at the counter for a little bit for someone to come up to me and welcome me. They were busy, I get it. My facial appointment started a few minutes late. From what I observed, she ran behind because she was aiding the prior client with picking out skin products. I wasn't upset, since that's good customer service. Once in my facial appointment, Sonya asked about my skin, my expectation, and we had a good conversation about my skin, my care routine, ect. Getting started, she used essential oils and started an aromatherapy for calming and relaxation. I had a dermaplaning, which was over all uneventful. My skin tolerated it very well I think. She did do a great job at explaining the process, benefits and the risks. I have some sad, dry skin. I try to take care of it, but I admit I am not doing a great job. She did do some manual exploitation, and then some moisturizing. A lot of moisturizing and massage. We were able to chat and visit about many things. Very comfortable environment. That was so relaxing, I actually felt intoxicated afterwards. My next appointments were a mani and pedi, both being with *will insert name when I find her card*. She was lovely. We were able to chat and visit, none of it feeling forced or awkward. She did a nice job both my pedi and mani. Very patient while I slowly decided on which colors I wanted for my nails. I even tried out an ombre glitter on two accent nails. I love them. So much pop for me. I decently plan on coming back, I had a great time.

Whenever, I change my appointment, due to an illness I can't control she acts like I'm personally doing it to annoy her. I called because I couldn't make it last week because it felt like my whole body was on fire. She treated me like a 5 year old. The next time I called to move an appointment she said again? I mean she almost made me start tearing up right there but I just said, yes again. I would never wish what I go through on anyone. But maybe it would be nice it would be nice to see what it felt like to be disabled for one day! Maybe she wouldn't treat people so poorly then.

I had gotten a micro-peel and it was done by McKenzie. For anyone who has not gotten a dermaplane before it can actually be quite unnerving, because it is an extremely sharp blade that they move across your face. I really was not nervous at all, though, because McKenzie knew exactly what she was doing and described the process when I asked, as well. I actually felt relaxed, which isn't typical of my visits that involve peels or dermaplanes, because I am not great with people touching my face let alone applying sharp objects or peels to. She really did a great job at making me feel comfortable and pampered. Immediately after, I could tell my skin looked clearer and extremely smooth, and in the days following it looked significantly tighter and brighter. Anytime I come home to visit family/friends I will definitely be seeing if they have any openings for me!

I drove down from Minot to this salon for a consultation and perm with Tanya in November 2025…read more During the consultation, she made it very clear that she was not going to be able to achieve the "wavy" perm I had requested. She explained that she would need to take off a lot of hair and do a tight perm in order to give it volume and that it would soon fall to a "wavy" texture. Regrettably, I agreed to proceed with the perm. As she was wrapping the hair, I could tell it was very tight, but this was my first perm and I didn't know what to expect. When she got to the front pieces, the hair was pulled so tightly it was starting to make my eyes water. In her defense, I did not let her know that it felt so tight because I assumed that was just the way it had to be. When the process was over and I saw my hair, I was immediately disappointed by the curl pattern, but even more disturbed by the breakage. I have an absurd amount of breakage at the scalp, especially my bangs, which is shown in the photos. There is more breakage throughout the head but the front pieces are the most embarrassing for me as they are difficult to hide. Breakage has continued to worsen with time since the perm and I'm using Olaplex to try to prevent it from leaving a huge bald patch. Full transparency - I have not reached out to the salon about my experience as I frankly don't want them touching my hair again. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I feel like people should know! Please reconsider before getting a perm here! On January 5th, my daughter had a haircut wash and style for 21 dollars. Check your system/receipts Evolve! I made an appointment this morning and spoke to a man on the phone. I do not think it's his fault he didn't know the "correct price" because as I said, one month ago we went and paid 21 dollars so it's more than just one person who believes this there. On the phone I let them know my daughter has an important dance tonight and ask to schedule a hair appointment an hour before the event. I check the price, all is good to go, I specified I couldn't afford more than that. I show up and the lady says nope that'll be 50 DOLLARS! She sat and watched as I attempted to get ahold of great clips or anywhere that could do this on short notice for less money because 50 dollars is outrageous especially when they told me 21 dollars. I spoke to like 2 different people at the shop, they apologized but shrugged until we had to walk out and leave and my daughter cry in the car asking why we don't have enough money. My husband called the store and spoke to the owner who said they would have a staff meeting on prices but that doesn't undo our experience. They really couldn't wash and curl a little girls hair for the price they told us and that we had a month ago? They had to ruin a little girls night? And put me as a mother through the embarrassment of the entire shop staring at me? If you tell someone the wrong price, and screw them over, you offer a discount or SOMETHING. 20 dollars is all it takes for you guys to turn away a little girl and crush her. A little girl already sitting in your chair. Sure hope you never know how it feels to fall on hard times. I really loved this place and I doubt I'll ever feel comfortable to step foot in there again.
