They have a small counter with inexpensive toys for purchase. I believe my daughter said it was $9 for "jumpers". Socks are required! I imagine they have them for purchase if you forgot.. Andy if they don't, maybe they should pop officer to the $1 store and make a few extra bucks. There are a row of booth seating and a table and chairs that would work for handicap people. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. The staff was super friendly. A blonde girl with braids helped us and was extremely friendly and was sure to check on us during and after our visit. They don't sell food but you can bring your own in.. Or order pizza from Domino's next door. (But as I had an EXTREMELY bad experience with them, I WOULDN'T!) One slide was very fast and deserved the restriction, the other slide was a tube ride that would be fun for all ages. The guards would not let my 7 year old twins on the ride because they were a little under the 48 inches. All ages could jump off the high dive, which seemed more dangerous than the tube slide.

I made an air bnb reservation on the site. The dates were clearly available on the site. The…read morereservation and payment was entered, acknowledged and accepted. A reservation number was provided. I was asked to provide the expected time of check in and the reason for my travel. I reluctantly entered the reason as "to view solar eclipse" on April 8, 2024. The reason for my travel is none of Dan's business and in hindsight I shouldn't have provided it. Several hours later I get an email from Dan canceling the reservation with the statement, "The cabins are not available for eclipse viewing. We have something else planned for the eclipse viewing. Those dates should not have been available on the website. They should have been blocked off. That's a glitch." It was very unprofessional of Dan to cancel a reservation made on their own site with open availability and to inquire in to our personal travel plans. The cancelation was arbitrary and discriminatory. Regardless of what their own site says and allows you to do as far as making a reservation and providing payment, be aware Dan will backdoor your plans after you think you've made a reservation, even with a reservation number provided. This was a terrible business experience. Here's the real crux of the issue: The dates were not blocked off and were available For $115 per night. When he realized he can get so much more than that, Dan disallows my reservation. We'll see in the coming days/weeks what the new price is on those properties for those dates. Shame on Dan and Camp Manitowa.
