I sent an email about 5 minutes ago, but am unsure it went thru. The Audrain County Sheriff's Dept are using harassment tactics, gang stalking, and other means against me on the daily. Drones sitting above my home, people following me and using "brightening" with their headlights to signal one another and communicate. I urge you to read target justice and get a better idea of what I'm referring to. There are severalawsuits in other states from this same very means of harassment. I also believe Audrain County Sheriffs Dept have a form of what is called v2k (voice to skull) and have found a way to intercept my thoughts. Yes, I know how unbelievable that may sound. However, about 2 months ago there was a feeling in my left ear. Almost like a finger had been pressed down in it. A cpl days later I begin hearing voices. One of the first things was then instructing me to do small things like set my phone on the floor, or as I lie in bed they would direct me to put my left leg over my right. Silly things. But I believe this all was done to make sure I could hear them. Later they told me I needed to leave Mexico. And as time went on they got more threatening such as slit my throat and kill my family members including my 12 year old daughter. They hear everything I hear and see everything I see. They have invaded my privacy. This is unethical and needs to be stop. I am uncomfortable doing daily things like showering and using the restroom and being intimate with my gf. Speaking of they demand me to break up with my gf. Telling me she belongs to them. I believe Sheriff Kennemore to be a big player in this. He graduated high school with my gf. He had me arrested a while back. And my (non blood) brother once dated Sheriff kennemore sister and did not treat her well. So I think this is all one reason I have been chosen. I also believe the fact i suffer from bipolar and have had a prior history of drug use is another reason I was selected. The whole principle is that it sounds so unbelievable to the average citizen that I went come off credible. And who better to have their credibility question that a former drug user with a slight history of mental health issue. I assure u thou that I clearly know the difference between hallucinations and reality. I am sick of the daily harassment and it needs to stop. Please look into this. I was told they are also running a sting operation regarding a 17 year old girl I will call Tee for now. She lives near the police station. They are allowing this underage girl to go thru with sex with grown men so they can later file statutory rape against them. They knowingly let her have sex with these men and do not stop in to stop it. Dont allow these men who vow to protect and serve get away with this

And I speak from experience, in two criminal matters where he refused to do his job (my spouse asked him to do a procedural matter and he refused to make a simple phone call and hung up on her, she called the states at attorneys office and did it herself) and a recent civil matter (why did I go back I will never know) concerning a property dispute. I was told it was a slam dunk and that I would not only win but that I could sue for his fees and be reimbursed. WRONG, he pursued an eminent domain issue and was way off. Long story short I got screwed on the case, his fees, and my time. Even after I feed him legal documentation saying that we was barking up the wrong tree. Was told and I quote "who is the attorney here you or me". At that point, I should have fired him on the spot and requested a continuance, and just represented myself. But since we went his route I now have no legal alternative for an appeal. If we went the way I was trying to go there would have been grounds for an appeal if lost. Not to mention the fact he forgot to show up to court twice for the same matter. Also was under investigation and found guilty of misrepresenting several previous clients by the Illinois bar association shortly after he lost my civil case. So if I was you I would not touch him with a ten-foot social distancing pole. Thank you for reading and yes I do feel better about the whole deal :) I'm still out $800 in his fees and another $1000 in property damage. Hopefully, you will heed my warning. This is farthest from the truth. I asked three questions that were important to me. How long will this review take? will she get the transcripts? and how will you handle his upcoming court date? Her reply was it will take approximately 6 mo. she will get his transcripts and will make an appearance on his behalf. As of 4/24/22 nothing has been done!! NO transcripts. (how can u review if you don't have the facts!!) She called me the day before his court date to ask what this was regarding. (as an atty u cant figure this out} she informed me that she couldn't go because she is still reviewing his case. Remember Maureen didn't say any of this when I asked! no actions have been taken she claims she thought her team was on it. Maureen also sends you highlights of your conversations but I noticed that anything that you have an issue with she doesn't address it, in the notes she sends you. only things that she assumes are going well. For the money that I have paid I expect more, I have since fired Maureen and awaiting my refund of 7500. she stated that she has to charge for her time. I am thinking timing doing what? lying!! I will definitely be filing a complaint with the bar association/ supreme court for her dishonest behavior. There is a ton more but just to give you a glimpse of her character.
