Store front

Great service from the store GM--she was professional, stoic, and to the point. The store is beautiful and a full scent dream. Only downside is I couldn't find my email receipt, but overall the experience was excellent.

my 2nd love in aromas because the first one is from my husband hehehe

This is the second time my husband has given me this perfume, which I am in love with, and now I am going for Tribeca, my third love in aromas because the first one is my husband's aroma heheh

Loyal customer who no longer supports the brand due to failure to receive samples after waiting over 2 months & multiple emails. Will never purchase Bond No 9 again. Clearly, it's not the sample that is my issue. It is the lack of integrity & poor customer service.

Phenomenal scents, great help from Aziza! The offer perfume, candles, lotions etc. Great place for gifts.

Be aware do not fall into the trap of purchasing any club memberships or any "offers" provided by Bond No. 9. I made the mistake of purchasing twice a club membership. They give you 1 year to collect, God forbid you are not done with the previous bottles as it happened to me, you are told that you must collect the remaining bottles, a few months later when you open the bottle you discover it is empty. You call to advise them about it and you are treated by the store manager as if you are trying to scam them for another bottle, no matter what history of purchase you have had in their store. The store personnel pawns you off to customer service and customer service says they can't do anything as you purchase from the store. No a good way to build up loyalty Bond No. 9

Letter from Orlando

We were staying at the standard and decided to walk into the Bond store. All I kept thinking In my head was that 2 chainz lyric. "Bond no 9 that's my favorite scent" The sales person Orlando was new but was amazing. He spent about an hour with us letting us try all the smells we want. We ended up buying 2 bottles and were about to buy 3 but he recommended joining the club which would make it cheaper and we did. The whole experience was amazing. And as soon as we got back home to ft Lauderdale we got this in our mail. This is how you get customers for life. Great experience.

I went into this store for the first time and I had a wonderful experience Charlene and Jared were the best , they were so patient and super nice . They helped my friends as well and made our time there quite thee experience! I left Bond no 9 with a few bags and an experience that will last a lifetime ! I'll only shop when Charlene and Jared are working lol they were superb !! Thanks guys !

I'm sure they have great products as I had the pleasure to to own a fragrance or two, how ever the customer service Kelly Cullen provides is horrible, she refuses to communicate, refuses to return emails and phone calls no 9 is quick to charge your credit card when you place an order but where there service contract provider (ups) doesn't deliver or misplaces package that have "signed for" bins number nine decides to disappear shocked and appalled. I've also went as far as sending certified mail over night no one seems to open those either.. if this is how a company ask is it worth doing business with them ?

Bond No.9 has 3 different locations in NYC. I walked into the store @ 897 Madison Ave. Was welcomed by Teresa Celsa and she was absolutely perfect Non-discriminating, patient, honest, and well knowledged. She helped me smell my way through a wide arrange of selections and i was taken away maybe even a little over whelmed, but thanks to Teresa i was able to finalized my favirotes. For Men: Wall Street, Washington Square and The Bond No.9 Signature perfume For Women: Chinatown, Lexington Avenue and The Scent of Peace I personaly purchased Washington Square for me & Chinatown for my girl. I plan on going back and buying The Bond No.9 Signature Perfume its 30% Concentration but it's not too strong at all. As it fades away it only becomes so much more pleasing like being in Heaven

I love the store, in fact it's not that different from how the Creed Store use to look, which is either a good or bad thing. I really did feel like I was walking into the same store, which was a good for me. I wore the Jasmal from Creed, so when they offered me the Nuits de Noho, I was a happy girl. It wasn't as strong as Jasmal. but it was intoxicating. The staff and the ambiance were perfect for me, and so very New York.

I felt offended while the sales agents were arguing over sales commission on my purchases and no promotional pocket spray were offer to me!

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.

I want to report that this website continues to post and promote products that are clearly a scam…read more In my case, I placed an order for body creams on March 3rd, and the company that processed the charge on my account was a completely different one called MELIO. Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I have already reported this case to: My credit card company The Better Business Bureau The appropriate authorities here in California These two companies are working together to scam people. They are shameless thieves. Be careful!

It's not a big store size wise but they do pack a lot of punch. Service is kind and friendly, often times they can get busy due to the demand but they manage. I walked into a store that is essentially one large room, and the density of product on display meant navigating it during a busy period required some patience, but the selection within that compact space was broader than the size suggested. The Korean literature section covers both Korean language and English language editions across a range of genres, which makes it genuinely useful for anyone studying the language or looking for titles that are difficult to find at general bookstores in the city. I saw children's books in Korean, well stocked. The K pop side of the store covers albums, photocards, posters, keychains, stickers, and merchandise across a wide range of artists, with BTS having a particularly strong presence historically alongside newer groups. Pricing runs higher than what I would pay ordering online or finding the same items at a larger retailer, which is the standard trade off for a specialty shop in Manhattan. Album prices in particular can be steep, though sale events bring them down to more competitive territory. Individual accessory items like stickers and bookmarks are priced at a premium relative to their size, so going in with a sense of what I am willing to spend helps avoid sticker shock at the register. The store is a reliable stop for anyone looking for Korean books or K pop merchandise in a physical retail setting in New York, with the caveat that the pricing and the crowd level are both factors worth knowing about before I go.
