He ended up recommending a water damage mitigation company to come in and strip everything down that's been damaged, rather than just putting a bandaid on a larger issue. Very professional. The swing he hung is great! Stabilized and in a ceiling stud, so secure for my kiddos and safe. Reasonably priced for his time as well. Will have him back for any home repairs we may need in future.
