This company regularly violates the rights of those they serve with documents. I called on a Thursday morning to let them know I'd be filing a challenge to their case against me. The very next day I received certified mail signed the day before - the day I called - explaining it was too late to challenge their case. Karma is gonna get these folks. read more

I Am hoping that those who choose to send a person to collections reads this review and chooses any other agency over Bonded Adjustment. I have been working with a seemingly nice agent there. My insurance did not get billed- she has been working with me in regards to this. I called Providence today as this was the ER I wa sseen in. They have a zero balance for me and when I called to ensure this was a Providence debt I was transferred to a woman named Stacey. I greeted her politely and did state I was not sure if she had been assisting me- just so I was aware if I needed to review from the begining or not. She was super rude and pushy as to how she could help me, I felt that she did not want to "help" me. I asked to leave a message for my agent who had been working with me and was told I would need to wait for her as she was on another call, again very rude. Increasingly rude actually. She again states she will help me. By this time I am not wanting to speak with her about anything, much less a debt. Her voice raised slightly and I was told look she is on another call I do not know howlong she will be so I can help you or you can call back. Holding was NOT an option. I did ask to speak to her supervisor. Frusterated I wanted to take a time out so I hung up after being on hold. I did call back about 15 minutes later, was transferred to my agent who informed me it was a debt from Spokane Physicians. I do need to forward a copy of a Charity Care letter that had not previously been sent to me to them. I then expressed that I Would like to make a complaint about the woman I had previously spoke to. I was told that I would need a manager to do this. Jason then came on the line who felt his employees tone was not rude and there was nothing wrong with her behavior. I disagreed. I realizr they are in a rough business however peoplke tend to want to actually take care of debts when working with nicer people. Had I not been working with a nice lady from the start I would say they could kick rocks! There are plenty of other collection agencies out there who are much nicer to clients- save your money and expect to receive payment by going with a nicer company in managers and staff! read more

I would do zero if I could. I just got off the phone with the rudest ass guy. I had a bill with Spokane emergency physicians and was paying weekly through bill pay. Then I got a letter from bonded. First I called Spokane Emergency Physician and the lady told me the balance was now zero. I then called bonded and spoke with a guy. He told me to get copies of the cleared checks. I did. Faxed them then I spoke to a nice lady that said they get updates from the customer and would call me when they got the update. That was in February. Never heard anything. Today I got a call from some real rude guy. I explained what I spoke to the other lady about. He told me that didn't happen. I said huh? You calling me a liar? He said it did not happen at their office. I was trying to explain the last phone conversation but he kept interrupting. I told him he wouldn't let me speak. I continued to finished what I was trying to say. He then cupped his hand over the mouth piece and was yelling in the phone. I hung up. read more
