I was familiar with Modern Masters Metallic paint but was not sure what color would be best to use to try and repair this print. She recommended the Brick color and she was spot on. (2nd photo). What a disappointment…read more I came here to pick out a paint color for my front door due to many recommendations (I originally just wanted to hit up Home Depot / Rona) but instead gave Sherwin Williams a shot. Upon entering the store there was only one customer in there. We were not greeted, so we just looked around a the paint swatches, chose one and went up to the desk to inquire about getting a bucket of this stuff. Everything sounded promising, and we got great advice, unfortunately that is where it ended. I guess something happened to the mixing machine and when the associate went to mix our paint, the paint overflowed from the paint can. A lot of technical terms were used so we left our number and went for coffee in hopes that it would be ready by the time we were finished ... We never got a phone call. Its 5:30 now and they are closed. Total disappointment and so much confusion for a can of paint. :(

He didn't clean up after the installation, and left shards of metal (from drilling screws into the window panes) all over the window sills and floors. The pull chains on the blinds are too short to be used without a step ladder, and when I pointed this out to the installer, he just laughed. They delivered to my home and I found the 3 seater faulty wood. So, I did not take it. they took it back and then delivered again a faulty one. I did not take this also. then they said "come to our store, we will open the sofa for you, then you can check, we will deliver after that". I went to their store today (Saturday), checked and found the sofa faulty again. They told me to go their again on coming Wednesday. I live 35 km far from the store. its wasting of my time, harassing me a lot.. I will not buy anything from here for sure.. Is there any authority so I can complain against them? they dont seem to be honest businessmen..
