I broke my tibia and fibula on the stairs. Within 2 days of the ER, I was in for a consult with them. 2 days after that , I was in surgery. Within 4 days of my injury, I was fixed up. Dr Morris was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything prior to surgery and made me feel comfortable. Surgery can feel a bit scary. I do highly recommend. read more

These people are so unprofessional. I had an appointment in March (after waiting a month) and when I called to ask they if I needed anything from me they said I would need to get all my records myself from my previous Dr. Then I called my referring Dr and they said Bone & Joint knew better and they needed to do there job, it wasn't my responsibility and everything they needed was sent with the referral and if they needed more they can contact them. So I played this back and forth calling between dr's and Bone & Joint told me they would get them. But they would have to reschedule me for JUNE!!! All because they didn't do their job to begin with and their Xray machines were broken so they couldn't do the imaging themselves?? How do they do business If they don't have the proper equipment.?? So today after calling in to make sure we are all good for my appointment, I spoke with Emily and she said they don't have records so we will need to reschedule again and I asked why they don't have them and I can't keep waiting months for them to do their job and she just hung up on me. Message received: Don't go here! All the bad reviews are right and the people here could care less and are extremely rude and you will waste months in pain on their lengthy appointment waitlist and never get taken care of anyway. read more

Poor pain management. Dumped home the same day of a total knee replacement, even though I DID AS MY INSURER ADVISED and let them know i needed some inpatient care. Dr said 'i already coded this as outpatient, so you can have it outpatient or not at all.' He's a great surgeon with zero care for clientelle. I suffered needlessly where I couldve had an inpatient phys therapy hospital covered. I know this because I called my insurer first. It is not standard practice to send over 80 percent of you MAJOR SURGERY CLIENTS home the same day. Its not. I have 3 other friends going through this around the country. No one else was treated like that. Not even younger patients, with the same or similar coverage to what i have here. I suggest going to TOA instead. Thanks read more

Tore my meniscus the 2nd week of December, couldn't get an appointment till January 22. Was told from x- ray I would need surgery but needed an mri first which I couldn't get scheduled till March 1. They prescribed me tramadol and diflonec after 2 weeks I called back and told them it wasn't helping at all and my blood pressure was running in the 215/190. I had just had a heart ethe year before. Took the nurses 2 weeks to call back. So now after the mri it's not tore bad enough and they think it's just a bad bruise on my kneecap yet no signs of any kind. Dr sigerson suggested staying off of it. I said I e been off of it for 3 months! His answer was I can refer you a pain clinic! What a waste of time, money and gas! Never again will I ever go to this sham of a place again! read more

I have now been a patient of the bone and joint group since may . Have had my surgery set to happen on 3 different times and still has not happened. Canceled ones due to not Listening to me when I told them my insurance did not cover the hospital they used. The second time for the doctor getting injured and now the third time for doctor out indefinitely. Due not recommended using this place unless u want to get a run around . read more

I shattered my knee December '10 and have been a patient with the B&J Group since. The staff is freindly and curtious, and have gone out of there way to be helpful. My Doctor is caring and allows me to be a part of the situaution. The double edged sword of the practice is 9 out of 10 times I have spent 20 to 30 minutes waiting past my appt time however, when it's my turn with doc it's all about me and he doesn't appear to be rushed making the wait worth it everytime. read more
