My wife has been calling to get post-op pain meds…read morerefilled for days, more than 15 calls, and no one in the office will respond, answer, or send a refill. Absolutely horrendous experience with the staff, he needs more people, or competent ones. Three weeks later, and the staff continues to ignore calls, not bother sending refills on medication, and not return calls - even when dozens of messages are left. This has been a master class in how to not treat a patient. If you want to communicate with your doctor's office, this is not a good choice.

Staff was great but be the doctors will push things on you even when you don't need them. I'm stuck with a huge bill for things I didn't need and was told that the doctors don't make mistakes.
