Wasnt my first time patronizing at this chain location. What inspired me to have dinner here this time was the add for 2 for $47. I made it just in time before happy (social) hour ended. I love the complimentary bread and this time I had a caesar salad to start and was amazed by the portion size and the freshness of the salad. I remember why I stopped coming here when I went back yesterday. I always go to the bar. The bartenders tend to ignore me for some reason. it wasnt busy either! She must have walked past me 3 times before taking my order. My plan was to order food but I was ignored. she refilled all her regulars wine glasses and water but never asked me anything. two young ladies came in that was with a work party. they got drinks within 5 minutes of sitting down. it wasn't until I finished my drink (empty)she asked me did i want another one. I think the server was working all the tables & the bar by herself ... service was very very slow. We ordered the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer & actually finished almost the whole thing before the server returned with our waters. She sat the water down & immediately left... not asking if we were ready to order, which we were. It was about 12:45pm & clearly it was too many tables for one server to handle. When the server returned, my grandson ordered the Dynamite Salmon (I think that was the name) special of the day... the salmon was overcooked... the lump crab mixture on top was entirely too sweet & honestly it tasted like canned crab. My grandson didn't eat it & he loves food. I had the 7 oz Sirloin, broccoli & Brussels sprouts. Sigh. The steak was very tough even though it was the correct Medium Rare temperature. I ate half bc I was hungry. The broccoli was sour... like it had gone bad. Brussels sprouts were.... Meh. The server didn't make it back to the table for a long time... by the time she did we were done & ready to go. She did offer to replace the broccoli but we were ready to go by then. Keeping consistent with my previous review - this location of bonefish doesnt disappoint and churns consistently good food. The bread is warm with their olive oil/chimchurri mix to dip in. The bang bang shrimp as a no-brainer when at ANY bonefish grill branch. Afterall, its their claim to fame! For dinner, we usually get the grilled fish with a side of rice and mashed potatoes. I have had problems at another location with the rice being too tough and not properly cooked but never this BF location. Everything is consistently tasty. Pro tip: get all the sauces to sample with your entree, that way you wont have to pick just one and try all the sauces to find your favorite. Your welcome :) read more

I was trying to find a Bonefish Grill that was on my way back from Falls Church, VA to MD and I ended up here. I stopped here to eat so time could pass by with hopes of no more rush hour traffic and a reduction of my drive time back. Something must have gone awry since it will now take longer to get back from here than where I was. Darn Apple maps! But at least the good part is that I ended up here. All I can say is Wow! I am in search of the most awesome crab cake and let me tell you, this one is on the top of my list. It did say Maryland-style crab cake so I am not 100% sure if it is MD crabs...but either way I LOoVE them. My 2 sides of sautéed spinach and steamed broccoli were incredible! Cooked and seasoned perfectly. I am heaven and have no concerns about my still almost drive back. What a gem. Positive vibes. Nice cool temp with relaxing lighting, upbeat music, and pretty awesome decorations. I went there there this afternoon for HH with my significant other. It was close to 4 and the female bartender took my order for the Pinlk Ozmopoliitan which one of the Wicked featured drinks. It was so good! My husband got a Tito's Dirty Martini, his fav. Then I tried the Oz Exilir which was green colored like a Grammy Smith apple! Tasted like a jolly rancher candy. My last drink was a Coconut Crush that immediately transported me to the Caribbean. Another male bartender started to help out. I think his name was Emir. As the evening progressed it got a bit busier but not slammed. It took some time to get his attention and ordered 2 lobster bisque soups and out to go orders. He never wrote anything which always concerns me. They bring out our cups of lobster bisque and mine is only 2/3 full and barely warm and my husband's cup is a bit more filled. It was meh at best. Not a fan of it. We then get our filets thermidors but the apple pecan salad is missing and the server never gave bread or included it with our order. I told him we were missing the salad and kindly ask for bread. He said he forgot it and then says chicken comes with it. Not surprised because he never wrote the order down. I am like huh regarding the chicken? But if you say so. We get our salad and bread along with check. They charge 2 dirty martinis one pr.ice and 3rd one a different price. How is that possible?! He also charged $8 for the chicken on the salad that he said automatically came with salad. Why lie and say it comes with it and then charge us for it? I am annoyed for the lack of attention and my husband just wants to leave at this point. I get home and salad had dressing on it and made it soggy. Why would you do that? And the presentation was horrible. Same thing with our entrees which looked thrown together and not labeled medium rare and medium. I really like Bonefish Grill. The food is generally good, and their cookies are amazing. My friend and I went yesterday, and I really enjoyed the risotto and spinach. The filet mignon with lobster thermidor was ok. The lobster and steak were cooked well, but the steak could have used some seasoning. I still ate it. It was good enough. Lol. The rest of the table got fish and chips, which they enjoyed, while I ordered the mahi and shrimp, and I ordered the spinach as a side. The shrimp were good but the fish was very overcooked. After a long while the waiter checked on the table and replaced the fish at my request, and the second mahi was properly cooked. The spinach had *way* too much garlic and oil in it and the mashed potatoes were so boring. Only the shrimp turned out well on the first run of the plate. The service was very slow when it came at all. My water glass was refilled once and sat dry for a long time. Fortunately the table of friends were great because I would not have really enjoyed the meal otherwise. I'm not sure that I will return. read more

It took a bit for someone to get to the hostess stand to seat us and unfortunately our server was lackluster and very unenthusiastic, and we had to ask for the bread and pesto for the table after our food arrived when normally it comes before. Despite all of that, I still rated 4/5 stars because the food was impeccable! Would better service help? Absolutely but the food was undeniably delicious. While my intention is not to criticize Bonefish's exceptional dining experience, I can't help but notice a disparity in their rewards system compared to other fine dining establishments. For instance, Landry's Select Club (Charthouse, McCormick & Schmick's, Cadillac Ranch, Morton's, Oceanaire, Palm restaurant, etc.) offers a $25 reward for 250 points and a birthday reward, Burton's Bar & Grill provides a $25 reward for 300 points and a birthday reward, and Lettuce Entertain You (Wildfire, Mon Ami Gabi, Joe's Seafood Prime Steak and Stone Crab, RPM Italian, etc.) accumulate 150 points and you get a $10 reward and a $15 birthday reward. In contrast, Bonefish Grill & Bar requires patrons to accumulate 350 points for just a $5 reward. This discrepancy may leave regular customers feeling that the incentives at Bonefish are not on par with those of other establishments. It might be worth considering a re-evaluation of Bonefish's rewards policy by the management to ensure fairness and competitiveness in their loyalty program. Just my 2 cents. read more
