Went as a group of 8 including 2 kids. There was a lot of good things but a lot of not so great too. First for the positives, the bang bang shrimp is still delicious and a great appetizer and also their house salad is one of the best because of the heart of palm and their dressing which I wish I could take a gallon of it home with me. Also, our server was very kind and patient and did a great job. I ordered the blackened tuna but I'm not sure what kind of sauce I got. Tasted like there was wasabi in it which I hate. The tuna was slightly overcooked also. The tuna tasted fresh but the sauce overpowered every bite I had. Seemed like it was maybe the kung pao sauce meant for the brussel sprouts and instead poured it on the tuna. A friends sea bass was a 5/10. Rest of meals were decent but for one of the kids meals she wanted sauce on the side for her tuna and so they let us know they'd fix it. We assumed it would be a quick fix but instead it took 30 minutes. The manager did come and apologize and offered to make it right but by that time it had been so long we were ready to leave. I do appreciate that the manager came out because it shows he cares which isn't always the case. I will go back because the shrimp and salad are just that good and hopefully the rest will be just as good also. read more

I saw their 15 dollar lunch special advertised on Facebook I believe. It has several choices on it and it is call the "prix fixe" lunch. It buys you a drink (soda,tea etc.), starter bread, soup or salad choice and main course choice with a side. I got a Coke, tomato bisque and burger and fries. All were excellent and please don't let the burger picture deter you as I got it with just cheese but typically it is fully dressed. I had this special one other time and did it with the same soup but with the fish and chips which were also excellent. Really good deal. read more

I had a similar experience as Susan Y on Saturday evening. Once my party had sat down, the server greeted us without telling us her name. She said it was her 2nd day (and I completely understand how intimidating that can be coming from working in this industry as well). We ordered cocktails and appetizers from the start. Both took forever to get. (Waters came out after cocktails and apps). The server still hasn't told us her name. The apps came out ice cold. The server did get us a new order but it also took a long time and they came out luke warm. At this point, we just wanted to order dinner. (The restaurant wasn't even busy, maybe 20 covers.) Server came back about 20 minutes later to take our order, never refilled a water glass, never did a check back and didn't clear any bread plates off the table (thank goodness she didn't give us app plates cause we wouldn't have had room since no pre buss happened). Our food came out in a slightly timing manner. Another server dropped our food off. Everything was super salty. My partner and I split food (still no plates were brought for splitting) also, not one single plate was yet cleared off our table. I had to stop the server to order another cocktail, which she forgot about so I had to stop her again and remind her. At this point we were ready to go but I knew I needed that cocktail cause I had no idea when I would see her again. The cocktail got brought out fast after asking a 2nd time. (Again, no plates have been cleaned off). We had asked for boxes and our checks at the same time. Didn't see the server for about another 15 minutes. No checks or boxes brought when we finally seen her again and ONCE AGAIN we had to flag her down. The check was supposed to be split and we informed her that as soon as we sat down, it wasn't split. At this point I was beyond ready to leave cause I knew it would take her forever to bring the correct checks. I was in town visiting family and was on a timeframe and no dinner should take 2 1/2 hours for such a terrible dining experience. We attended a special event last night at Bonefish Grill. The food was so good as well as the cocktails. There was a theme and decorations. The staff working the events dressed up like pirates. Edamame was served cold finally waved the server for new hot batch. They were just ok. Never got plates to put our pods on. Used cocktail napkins . ! Dinners were poor . Boubon salmon and broccoli were extremely over seasoned could not tell that we were eating salmon or broccoli ! Server never checked back with us all evening , actually didn't see her ! Never cleared table of empty bread dishes or the edamame peels on table ! Took forever to order second glass of wine . Asked 3 times for a box , finally got our checks after waiting 20 minutes !! Restaurant is beautifully appointed with nice lighting and comfortable seating. Great bar, great service, great food. Bathroom could use some attention. A bit messy, wet floor, paper towel dispenser did not work. Wine selection offered low to high end pricing - something for everyone. Server was friendly and helpful and made great recommendations. We each had a medium priced glass of wine, and entrees, upgraded sides for a total of $85. That was a great deal for the quality of food and experience. The Key Lime cake was hard almost to the stage of stale tasting. The whipped cream looked like cottage cheese. My wife's shrimp she liked. This meal for 3 was over $90. Not worth it. The only reason I'm posting my first yelp review is to give a shout-out to Lina. (I hope that's it!) She is the real deal! It looked like they didn't anticipate a Sunday rush on a snowy night so might have been understaffed, as she was taking a lot of tables. The customer service is really good. It's kind of overbearing like they're too talkative but extremely informative. The prices are not unreasonable. Your average dish is around $25-$50. That includes appetizer and a drink. . I think the lighting could be improved, but it's very warm and romantic like I'm sure when the sun is out it's a lot brighter in here. read more

Solid dining spot in Hamburg! My husband and I had dinner at Bonefish Grill this past weekend and arrived right at 6. The tables were all full but we were able to get a seat at the bar with no wait. We noticed that the lighting is pretty dim- not in a bad way but it was a little challenging to read the menu! There were a few menu items that sounded delicious and I ended up ordering the brussels sprout salad with salmon. While we were waiting for our entrees the waiter brought us out some bread with oil and vinegar which was a great little snack. The salad was large in portion and the salmon was delicious! The veggies were fresh and crisp - however the dressing was a bit sweet for my preference. My husband had the mahi shrimp combo plate with veggies and mac n cheese as sides- I had a bite of the mac & it was really good! Overall would recommend Bonefish Grill! While I already love Bonefish for their consistently delish food and for having one of my absolute favorite drinks, the pineapple martini (so tasty!), this location also has one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. Grecia was the absolute sweetest the other night when a large group of friends and I were there for dinner. They are really making sure to maintain safe spaces due to Covid. Our bartender was very friendly and accommodating. This is our 2nd time we are trying Bonefish grill. Today me and my friend went to Bonefish and disappointed with food. We got really good impression when we came on October last year and we want to try it once more time . Usually is busy around 7pm and we got table near bar. We ordered Bonefish pomegranate martini, crushed pineapple martini and virgin mojito. To be honest drinks are really really great. Especially Bonefish pomegranate martini is highly recommended. As starter's we ordered crab fires which is good with seasoning and sauce. As main course we ordered Sirloin and shrimp, Bonefish signature pasta with Salmon. Bonefish pasta is good. But sirloin and shrimp really sucks. I told them sirloin is not cooked and cold. They took the food inside kitchen and after 5 min they bring back. But it is not cooked again they just put it in oven and they heated. I can easily say whether it is cooked or heated in oven. When they bring back food, broccoli is too heated and rice got very hard and sirloin still same not cooked just pre heated. Temperature of restaurant was out of control hot. We must have been right next to a vent at the bar, because it was about 85 degrees. When the heat kicked off it was tolerable, but I ran out of acceptable clothes to remove early on, and was starting to sweat. Service was fine. Food was meh. Mac n Cheese had been sitting a while, and was ultra-bland. Mahi Mahi was a little overcooked and under seasoned, but fine. Shrimp was straight up cold. Brussel sprouts were good, but crazy salty.
