This company is completly disorganized, dishonest, and unprepared. I arranged shipment of my mothers body from Canada to Poland through them. I was assured that all services and necessary paperwork would be handled by them. After I accepted thier services there was nothing but problems and delays. They did not take care of anything. I was left with all the costs of a funeral in Poland and the burden of dealing with all the the paperwork. They were not even able to get the body to the airport on time to make her booked flight. It wasn't until I threatened legal action that I recieved a apology. However I'm now fighting for reimbursment of thousands of dollars of costs that I was told were covered but had to pay out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more
