We loved our flyboard experience. Daniel and Carlos and another gentleman (can't remember his name) were great. We were a little nervous at first, but they gave great instruction and my 16yr old son and husband were flying like pros before we knew it. What really impressed us with Bonita Tours is my husband realized he had left his wallet in his swim trunks while he was fly boarding! We shuttled back all the way to San Jose knowing it was lost forever and when we got to our hotel we got a call saying they found it! They went diving in the ocean and found it for him and brought it to us! Thank you so much Bonita Tours!! We will recommend you every time!

We wanted a shuttle to our hotel and this seemed perfect because we could get the shuttle and the expeditions. We had to go to a 90 minute "presentation" for a "not" time share where we were rudely dealt with when we said we simply couldn't afford the time share at 9k on the spot, but given out expeditions that we paid for. Our contact claimed he secured a spot for us on our first tour, but upon arrival, we learned he had not. The time it took for us to the to the location - which was not distinctively marked - took longer than the actual boat ride itself. We did not get access to beaches at the arches as promised, we simply rode around them, and that was the tour. The second tour, scuba diving, we were told was completely booked for the only day we could go - due to life or death health restrictions on flying while scuba diving, something we told them when we agreed to purchased the tour for that day. We also learned for another couple that the ATV tour which we also purchased they tell you once you arrive they only have slow manual ATVs when you arrive but for a $50 up charge, you can purchase a manual ATV and keep up with the group. The phone number we got from the website and certificates they gave us was also unreliable. Didn't work. Our contact suddenly was unable to answer questions or respond consistently after we paid. Do not recommend. Stay far away. Please have a plan to not get scammed by this service upon arrival into Cabo at the arrivals terminal. read more

Ok the glass bottom boat was much better than I expected! Seriously. I worried that my camera would get wet or that we would be forgotten on the beach. My fears were not needed. Our driver Danny came back for us. I also worried about access in and off the boat but there was a nice ladder that was easy for us to get on and off. The beach felt safe. Young kids were climbing and jumping off of rocks. All in all a great day! Bring a camera and snorkel equipment. read more

We had an amazing glass bottom boat experience- our tour guide was very kind and helpful, we saw pelican rock, lover beach, sea lions, lots of fish, divorce beach, the pacific window, the arch at lands end and he even went the extra mile and boated over to a pod of humpback whales that swam by! It was such a special experience. We got to snorkel around the lovers beach area for an hour, he offered to leave us their longer but we were ok with an hour. On the beach there are merchants with beers and such for purchase and the fish are tropical with a safe swim only area marked off. The rocks have lovey formations. I highly recommend them, read more
We were hanging out at the beach by the Blanco hotel and saw the Bonito Tours stand. We scheduled a boat tour for our group of 16 ppl for Noon the next day. The tour would take 30-40 minutes then we'd stop at Lovers Beach. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the tour due to high winds. Enrique was apologetic and returned our deposit with no issues. Thank you Enrique for the excellent customer service! read more

I recently did the fly boards with Francisco and had sooo much fun! It's such a an experience, I would highly recommend it! Francisco was super helpful, very personable, and quite funny! We were up in the air in no time. He was a great instructor and we had a blast! My boyfriend also lost his Apple Watch and Francisco took the snorkel gear and searched the ocean for us and found it! After a few try's you will be up in the air in no time! read more

After what we thought would be the best 1st time experience on jetski with the kids we get back to shore to get off & the stupid ass guy turns our ski sideways knowing we would tip over when the wave went back out. Almost crushed me & my son..the attendant didnt even jump to help..he kinda just looked as the rest of his coworkers laughed at us (my husband was recording from shore beside them we hear all the laughter) then they call us in before our hour is up and we once again hear them communicating via radio..as one guy says their time is not up...the other employee says fuck em in Spanish on video (a la verga)as my husband records our precious memories. These assholes suck! Stay away & for me I will do my best not to return down there n cuss these punks out! read more
Bonita Tours has a little stand set up in front of Pueblo Bonito Blanco and Rose where you can book all sorts of activities - boat trip to El Arco, jet skiing, parasailing, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals, etc. They weren't necessarily the cheapest, but the prices were negotiable, they were very friendly and reliable, and there equipment/services seemed to be better quality than some of the others. We booked a glass-bottom boat to El Arco ($10 adults/$8 kids), and the boat was much nicer than others we've been on, with ladder to get in/out, nice canopy overhead for shade, and good power/smooth ride. Nice narrative/tour, and they picked us up at Lover's Beach right on time. We also rented paddleboards one morning (tip: for smoothest ride, go early when the water is much calmer). They started out quoting $30/hour, but I'd already been quoted $15/hour down the beach, so we finally settled on $17/hour for a paddleboard that was long/sturdy enough for me and my daughter. When we went to pick up the boards further down the beach, it really wasn't great for 2 people, so re-negotiated for $17 for 2 boards for 1/2 hour, which was perfect. Had a lovely paddle; the water was so clear and blue/green. On the way back, got caught in a jet ski wake and tipped over and lost my sunglasses on the bottom of the ocean. I was bummed, because they were my only pair, and I liked them, even though they weren't super expensive. But, to my surprise, Alejandro had gone back out, dove down w/ mask and snorkel and retrieved them for me! How cool is that! So, was happy to tip him the amount I'd bargained them down. Gracias, Alejandro! Good karma to you! read more

Liars. Dishonest. Rude. I would never recommend this outfit. When they messed up our reservation for 5 made two days in advance they were unwilling to come up with a solution. I asked the beach person to contact his boss (the owner) to see if we could resolve the issue, and the beach person did call his boss, but when he got off the phone he said the boss/owner (Abraham) said no. So I asked him to call the owner back so I could talk with him, which he did, but Abraham refused to speak with me. I tried to work things out with them but they couldn't have cared less. Horrible! Wish I could give them a negative rating! read more

Be Careful Booking with This Deceptive Company Bonita Tours is a tour operator which books different activities in Cabo San Lucas. They operate from a small booth on the beach at the Pueblo Bonito Rose. They say that they can get the price on any activity in Cabo. This is false because prices for many activities are negotiable and are often cheaper when booked on line. But that is not the reason that I am writing this review. When my wife and I stayed at the Rose back in November, we booked a sunset cruise for 2 passengers and paid a cash deposit. On the night of the cruise, we arrived at the dock to find out that it was cancelled due to strong winds. Since we were leaving Cabo early the next day, it was not possible to reschedule the cruise. The cruise line could not refund the deposit because it was made with Bonita Tours. They called Bonita Tours manager, who said that he would refund the deposit if I would meet him before 5 PM back at the Rose. However, the timing made it impossible for me to meet him that night before he closed at 5 PM. Also, our transportation to the airport the next day was scheduled before the booth opened for the day. When speaking to the manager of Bonita Tours, I suggested that the company provide a credit towards a future activity or even a hotel credit. The manager said that was not possible. When I returned home, I emailed the company on several occasions about this matter. They repeatedly promised that they would wire the funds to my bank. Three months later this still has not been done. I understood the reason for cancelling the cruise and have no issue with this decision. My problem is that Bonita Tours has kept my deposit. This by far was the worse experience that I have ever had in Cabo San Lucas. I would highly recommend that you avoid booking with this unscrupulous company. Simply put, Do Not Use Them. read more

The worst. After scurrying to get on the glass bottom boat, my husband realized he dropped his iPhone. 2 other ppl that got on after him saw the employee of Bonita Tours, that had escorted us to the boat, pick the phone up and shake the water off. In our minds that meant he would have it for us to pick up after the boat ride was finished. 30 minutes later we get back and this same employee denies ever seeing the phone. When confronted by the girl that saw him pick it up, he continued to deny it. After an awesome boat ride, one dishonest employee ruined the whole experience for us. read more
