I wish I could say I had a great experience like the others on here have, but I can't. I moved here…read morelast year from California and needed a new obgyn. I had a hysterectomy in 2021 that left me with a bunch of medical ptsd and many side effects post op that I still experience to this day. I was excited to see so many positive reviews for an obgyn. Thinking to myself maybe I will finally find a doctor who isn't dismissive and actually wants to help me. I was losing my hair, having mood swings, in a span of 1 year I had 5 UTIs and never had a history of having them ever before my hysterectomy. I had joint pain amongst a few other things. So she saw me and claimed that birth control was to be the best option. Took it, didn't work. Contacted her again months later with now ongoing bloating and cramping more often than usual. Did an ultrasound and found my ovaries are the size of someone who is postmenopausal. I'm 37 and was told my hormones shouldn't change much after my hysterectomy. She did a "hormone check" of only my fsh, estrogen, cortisol. All according to her "came back normal". She was "sorry" and passed me on to a naturopath. I know when something is off in my body and I have not felt the same since my hysterectomy. I know she didn't perform the surgery, but I came to this doctor out of complete despair because I have 2 children at home and a husband like many do. I have people who depend on me. I deal with these things that bother me on a daily basis. I am active, I eat right, I have tried supplements. Nothing helped me. To be dismissed in the way that she did knowing what I had been through was not only hurtful, but made me feel despair all over again. Doctors are meant to help patients figure out the problem and treat them.. to investigate. Not be dismissive if they don't find an answer right away after one single blood test. Naturopath doctors aren't cheap, and I really was relying on Dr.Dvorak to help me because of her reputation. I feel absolutely dismissed/neglected and stuck exactly where I was to begin with. If you are having issues that don't have a simple answer and want a doctor who is willing to keep helping and looking until you feel better... You know, what doctors are SUPPOSED to do... don't come here. I hope she reads this and knows how much it hurts living like this every day. Left to figure it out myself. I guess this is the new normal here in American medical care.

The receptionists are always so friendly and personable and the nurses are amazing. I've had two complicated pregnancies, both needing NSTs and extra ultrasounds and testing and everyone was amazing and helpful. With my last pregnancy, the receptionist worked with my schedule to make sure I got all of the NST times I needed so I could make it for pickup for my older two kids. Dr Cook is great. He doesn't "sugar coat" and I appreciate a direct but tactful approach with my medical care. He always answers my questions and takes the time to make sure all of my concerns are addressed. He was excellent during both of my pregnancies, and despite gestational diabetes, he did not make me feel like I couldn't have the birth I wanted. During both of my c sections he was wonderful at making me feel calm and prepared. His post-op care was wonderful as well. I appreciated him talking to me on the way back to the room after surgery and reminding me that everything went well and my shivering was all normal. Anytime I had concerns during my hospital stay, he was quick to address them and make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and Evergreen Women's Care - they're the absolute best!

I have been a patient of Dr Fallah here for about 16 years and I'm very sad to say I have to leave…read morethis clinic despite loving her and having had a wonderful experience with her as my OB. I saw her before as a single woman moving to the area, through getting married, and having both of my boys (one of which Dr Fallah did the c section). Unfortunately the reason I am leaving this negative review and leaving the clinic is because I have been trying to get a regular annual appointment with her for over 4 months. I was told in the spring doctors are not currently scheduling any annual appointments at the time because priority is being given to women who are pregnant. I completely understood and having been seen here when I was pregnant that should be a priority. However I continued to call when they did open on the 1st of each month and could not get an appointment with Dr Fallah and was told to call again at the beginning of the following month. I did this for about 3 months until I agreed to see an NP instead. That appointment was then cancelled a month later and I'm told to call again next month to schedule for January. I will have gone an entire year without my annual appointment by then and I will not continue to play this game. Dr Fallah you have been a wonderful doctor but you guys need to get your scheduling in order and respect the non pregnancy patients who have had loyalty to your clinic for a long time. I live in Issaquah and made the drive for years and throughout my pregnancies and births to drive all the way out to Totem Lake. Not doing it anymore and I will find somewhere closer and a clinic who does show their patients respect. Goodbye!

Often at the doctors, it can feel rushed or like you have limited time to ask what you need, this was NOT the case here, each appointment I met with Dr. Tran, she would give me thorough explanations and ask if I had any questions while giving us moments to think. While they were chronically busy and the waiting room was full, I rarely was seen behind schedule or left waiting as I've seen on a few reviews. On top of the wonderful care I received during my pregnancy, my birth experience was great all things considered. I ended up needing an urgent (soon to be emergent) c section which was obviously not ideal or wanted although they made sure to do their best to make me comfortable and dr Tran was quick to act and did her best to make me feel safe and well cared for, and I felt like she had the confidence that a mother in distress needed to see.

I've noticed a lot of negative comments.. I'd personally say she talks fast so make sure you are listening! She's never had a problem repeating herself if you failed to not understand something. Please be patient with these doctors! They save many lives including babies! Delivering babies daily & dealing with over 100+ patients can be overwhelming sometimes. Cut them some slack lord have mercy. Medical field work is not a piece of cake. I would hand down recommend this clinic over & over, as we as Dr Johnston!

The anesthesia will very likely be out of pocket cost, but it was worth every penny! Now for the rest of my review: After experiencing horrendous care at other OBGYN facilities in my more local area, I was first terrified to change to this location for an IUD procedure but I was recommended it by a friend. The doctor called me ahead of my procedure to answer any questions and he was super kind over the phone making me feel so much more comfortable. Day of the procedure there was a bit of a wait as it was filled with appointments. But the waiting room was nice as we all got to watch a Netflix show to pass the time. Once I was called in, the staff were very nice and very efficient to get me ready. And the anesthesiologist was so funny my nerves were completely settled before they put me under. Next I remember being fully dressed and they guided me to a low lit room with comfortable recliners that had such a peaceful ambience. The nurses were kind to answer my questions I had about how the procedure went while I was in that room which was promptly followed by the doctor who did my procedure. She came in to ask how I felt and how I was doing and I just felt an overwhelming sense of care and compassion at this facility that I've never experienced before anywhere else in medical care, I nearly cried from how happy I was. (That could have also been the after effects of the anesthesia but the emotions were still genuine). I was sent home with a little bag of overnight pads and information on my IUD device. My pain levels after never got above a 2/10, and they sent me home with a pain meds prescription for the following few days to address any cramping I might feel. I cannot put into words how thankful I am to this facility, the staff, and the doctors that made my experience here incredible, and comfortable, and safe. I don't care how long of a drive it is for me, I will always only go to this place for OBGYN needs in the future.
