We joke about it all these years later, but coming back for those follow up sessions would be exactly what I needed and truthfully, what I was lacking in my life. Whitney embodies compassion, care, empathy, and love and provides the safety of allowing me to show up as I am on any given day ready to help me unpack whatever I bring her. I came to her at a point in my life when I had shattered as a person. She has been by my side through some incredibly challenging times and there isn't anyone else that I would want in my corner when life happens. Whitney is an incredible therapist. If you are looking for someone who will see you as you are, accept you as you are, and who will walk by your side as you navigate the triumphs and challenges life throws at you, she is the one you need. I think she's pretty amazing and am thankful for her every day.

I tried one avenue, but it just didn't work. So I went on a search for a different therapist. And that search went on day after day, hour after hour. I spoke to some, but nothing ever felt like it was the right fit. Until one day, when I was feeling defeated, I stumbled upon Whitney. I took a look at her website and read her reviews and felt hopeful for the first time in days. From the moment I first spoke to Whitney, I knew she was the one to help me. Two years later, and I can say with absolute certainty that choosing Whitney to be my therapist was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Whitney is compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She knows how to create a warm, comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe to tell her all your thoughts and feelings. She's patient and kind, and never gives up on finding ways to help you. She has been such a positive light in my life, and has helped me overcome so much. While I'm still a work in progress, it's all thanks to Whitney that I have made it this far. And that is why I recommend and will always recommend Whitney. If you're looking for someone to help you get back onto the path to happiness, you've found her.

I was battling with a 'sense of failure' as a father/husband/person due to what I thought was from financial pressures and a lack of empathy, accountability with my was breaking down my relationship with my wife. His counseling experience and deep knowledge of behavioral therapy identified a possible 'Complex Relational trauma response' disorder that my wife showed signs of displaying. Justin helped me understand her trauma response and how I was reacting to her issues with my own issues which triggered her fear, abandoment, frustration, mistrust, and gravitation to conflict which induced my own defensiveness reactions and anger. He provided me with my own personal tools to deploy on a regular basis. These helped me be nice to myself and appreciate my purpose and that I was actually doing my best to improve myself and provide love most importantly. Some of those solutions and tools such as meditation, mindfulness, self awareness/development created personal behavioral changes and coping strategies I now feel better about myself . A relationship tools I really liked was his own self developed 'Oh-Five-X Repair Framework' ( a one page document) which has provided us ability to create a safe place for trust, healing, and recovering from past trauma and experiences in our relationship and personal pasts. I've developed a deeper understanding and awareness of myself and Justin's actionable tools and strategies are much more than what most other life coaches or counselors can deliver. Its his ability to land these strategies/tools on point and get you to understand how to employ them to get better/improve/develop yourself With this guidance I've noticed I've become more empathetic, less reative and more self caring so my family can continue to heal, and our relationship and welfare of ourselves beniftis our family. Justin gets change happening and you get great value for your time and while gaining a true caring friend and an exceptional life coach in your corner.

I knew I needed a different conversation and began searching online for someone new. I found three possibilities. After speaking with each of them, I chose Justin. I am forever grateful that I did. Justin was exactly what I needed: a skilled and compassionate listener, someone with deep experience and literacy in the grief space, someone who truly understands how cataclysmic a significant loss can feel. In particular, I appreciated Justin's use of various frameworks that helped validate and contain many of the difficult thoughts and feelings I was experiencing. Just as importantly, he saw and honored me as a complicated person with many different parts. He encouraged me to recognize those parts myself and to approach them with curiosity and respect. Justin also takes a humble bow to the unknown--to death, and to the depths of sorrow that can accompany profound loss. His presence during some of the most devastating moments I shared with him was a gift. Around seventeen months after my father died, I began to feel different. More integrated. A little stronger. Better able to look back and see just how broken open I had been, and how much I had changed. As filmmaker Ken Burns has said, the half-life of grief is infinite. I still feel it. But I cannot deny that I have learned a great deal, that I have grown around my grief, and that I continue to do so. The grief remains, but it has softened. Could I have muddled through on my own? Perhaps. But how fortunate I was to have Justin alongside me for this part of my journey. Although our work together was largely focused on the death of my father, we touched on many other aspects of life as well. My sense is that if I had come to Justin during a completely different chapter of my life, he would have been just as helpful. If you are considering working with Justin, I would not hesitate. Just do it.

From our first session, Shannon approached me with kindness and genuine curiosity. During our time together, she guided me into the inner reaches of my body and mind with patience, openness, and compassion. I had never tried hypnotherapy before my sessions with Shannon. In fact, I went in as a skeptic, but I found Shannon's approach to be powerful and grounded in deep truths. More insights were revealed to me in my couple of months with Shannon than I'd uncovered in the combined years of talk therapy that I've done in the past. Jenni is direct, empathetic, and captivating in her ability to help me stay consistent in my healing journey. In the beginning, I saw Jenni every week for four months, and now meet with her every two weeks. If I could meet with her every day I would. She has been vital to my success in understanding/dealing with my personal and business relationships, helping me see the bigger picture, and getting me out of my head. I came to Jenni because I knew I needed to address things about myself before going out and achieving everything I wanted in my life. I am a sports guy, an entrepreneur, and a Tech Sales professional, and relate to the coaching style of self-improvement. When I saw that Jenni was a psycho-therapist as well as a somatic experience practitioner, I was curious about the approach but wasn't sure if there was gonna be the coaching aspect that I needed to be successful. Turns out she's been the best coach I've ever had and continues to impact my life in incredibly meaningful ways. I can't thank her enough for what she's done for me, my family, and my significant other. Everyone needs someone to guide them through all the things they've experienced in their life so that they can better understand themselves and be grounded in who they are. I decided to choose Jenni for this journey and will never look back. I highly recommend you do the same. #choosejenni
