Bonsai & Wein. A small wine shop in Saarburg offering bottles for purchase and tastings too. The owner of Schloss Saarstein recommended this place. It takes the hard work out of tasting wine in Germany. Many wineries here are appointment only, limited hours, closed on weekends and offer no tastings around harvest time. I got to taste like eight Saar and Mosel wines here. Maurius, the owner gave me a great lesson in Riesling from Germany and explained the difference between all of them. He is a wine professor!!
