The quality and timing (cancellations) of solo practices resulted in us getting them additional outside training. Website home page still has last year's info and links from two years ago. Last minute cancellations and venue changes, with us coming to studio needlessly multiple times. At first performance, while sitting there peacefully waiting for the dances to start, Vault photographer shows up at last minute and wants the space I'm saving for my daughter. I tell her no. She moves our stuff and takes it anyway. Jerrica told my granddaughter she could be in HipHop. Granddaughter was all excited. Then when my granddaughter showed up to practice, Jerrica said she changed her mind. Though first Jerrica said she never said ok, but later admitted it. Granddaughter was very disappointed. Now the season is almost over and we still don't have the jacket we paid for a long time ago. Jerrica said she has it. She's just not ready to give it me. Forget resolving any issues that arise, Jerrica unwilling to address or followup. Jerrica will just say it never happened. It appears, if you add a class it costs more, but if you drop a class you are told it's part of the program and no refund. Update: My granddaughters were dismissed from studio due to this review. How were they informed? By their teammates. How were we informed? By my granddaughters.

Great gym however they allow people to talk on cell phones while on the treadmills, elliptical etc…read more Today there were three girls talking on the phone all at once and one was on speaker and holding the phone out in front of her! I asked one politely to please go outside to the lobby which she did. I asked another politely and she just laughed at me and kept it up for another 20 minutes. I'd had enough and raised my voice to tell her to please take it outside. So one of the front desk people came in and told me my behavior was unacceptable and made them the victim! I was told they allow people to talk on their phones! She was a young girl as were the phone talkers and I'm just an old codger causing trouble. This is so rude. Talking on a cell phone while on a treadmill presents notable safety risks, reduces workout intensity, and breaches standard gym etiquette. Research indicates that conversing on a phone negatively impacts your balance by 19% and significantly lowers your average heart rate and treadmill speed. Loss of Balance: Multitasking divides your attention, causing you to fall out of sync with the machine and significantly increasing the likelihood of tripping or falling. Slips and Drops: Running while holding your phone can easily lead to the device slipping and falling off the machine. Keep it Low/Brief: If you absolutely must take an urgent call, keep the phone to your ear (or use headphones) and keep the conversation to 30 to 60 seconds. Here I completed my cicle of 8 years after 1664 classes attended and as many many times in my life with the 22 number involved to start or close cycles. PB Hughes Landing gave me 3 things 1. Strong Core 2. 4 friends beyond the studio 3. And the amazing teachers that I admire, I will not be able to teach a class after all this years, You are passionate, committed, amazing. I admire all of you. Unfortunately Heather, Amy, (owners) Ann and Rocky ( I guess managers/ reception) are not my ideal people, they are experts in making people feel shit. At Least if you are outside of a special group that they worship, I been witness of how many people come and go for the same reason.... Or Put a smiling face in reception as Britney or Sherry (they were awesome but they are not longer there...) or taking any opportunity to recognize any effort, I just never understood. After an unfortunate incident of many that happened in my journey in PB today by THEIR MISTAKE and lack of PEOPLE SKILLS I decided to write this, and why? Because many people go with their best intentions to find a good environment, and sign a contract and once they have your money you are just 160-200 USD a month.
