All of my paperwork is nicely filed in a folder so I can refer back to it if need be. The location is a little hidden but not hard to find if you are familiar with Hollister Professional Park area. The cross streets are Patterson and Hollister. The hours are very accommodating; although during this time as we are going through COVID-19 the way appointments are handled have changed. Instead of going in person you can drop off all your paperwork and leave it safely secured in one of the envelopes provided. Once your taxes are done you will be contacted by email or phone. I get it is busy during tax season but you need some level of communication. It is 2020 now and I all of the sudden get notice from the IRS that he never even filed our taxes! I switched to a new accountant this year before even knowing this and so glad I did. Maybe this was just us and he is better than this but I found personally our experiences/services from him were just unacceptable.
