I mean I'm handing over my taxes preparation to a small business and not an H&R Block or one of these other big name players. I had to ask myself "are these people trustworthy?" "are they going to put me in a bad situation?" I went on my gut feeling and so very glad I did. Professionalism from the onset. I was kept abreast of what was going on every step of the way. I'm a paranoid person as it is. Now when you put my money into the mix that raises my paranoia twenty-fold. If I called not only did a REAL person answer the phone, but they were pleasant, courteous and answered my questions...right then, right there. Not leaving me on hold on the phone or one of these "I'll get back to you in 10 days" answers. I literally felt like I was their only customer. How often does that happen?? I am one of those people who is a stickler on customer service. Olympic Star Financial nailed it. Service with a smile. I can't get over how comfortable it was talking with them. I felt like I was talking to my neighbor! What about the product? Not only were my taxes approved and accepted by the IRS they were done so with audit assurance protection. That told me that OSF stood by their work with confidence. I actually received my return faster than my friends who filed a week or two before me! These folks know their craft.
