We called Overhead Door, and they came out and confirmed that the spring simply needed more tension. Despite this, we were charged $100 because they said it was not covered under warranty. Even the technician agreed with us that this issue should have been covered, as it was not something we could have prevented. It also raises concerns about whether the correct tension was applied when the spring was installed in the first place. Due to this experience, we will not be using this company again and will not be referring them to friends or family.

When I talked to office person I told her the problem with my garage door , but guys still came with parts they supposedly knew the job called for, right then I should have said forget it and called another company!! How ever I didn't and I paid $187.00 dollars for repair that lasted a few days.
