This place is packed with angry animals. They continually cut in front of people with no respect for other families cuz they have that special mentality where only they matter and should be given everything. When they are confronted for their animal behavior they act their typical self and get all ghetto. Security needs to be positioned at the line at all times, especially when it is crowded with such animals. There's a history of this happening and they should get a clue. If you confront people cutting the line, be sure to notify security first so they are there with u and they will handle. Or they will call the police to get them kicked out. Unfortunately poorly trained employees can really ruin the day for kids. I bought the unlimited pass for five kids and when they finished their arcade credits I went to the counter to ask if I can split the 90 credit package on five cards and the employee said yes, she put 18 dollars worth on each card instead of credits and couldn't fix it. I had to wait for a manager for over 30 minutes, when a manager eventually came and fixed it they cleared all the kids points from every card which caused lots of tears at the prize counter an hour later and than also the kids unlimited pass was also cleared. There were lots of tears and we ended up just leaving. I honestly don't think we will ever be back. It was not just the original mistake of adding to much to each card but how it was "fixed" and all the kids losing all their points and then having issues getting on rides. Employees need more training. Just saw when they messed up our cards that they also charged us for new cards...ten dollars extra. This is not okay. read more

I took two 11yo girls who seem to usually hate things, but they had a blast. The go karts were the main attraction. They went on a bunch before it got busy, then the line was long. Maybe put a couple more cars out each race? They did seem to be understaffed a bit for the crowd this holiday weekend, but the employees that were there really were great. I got my family the unlimited passes here and it was worth the price we all had a lot of fun, but they were seemingly under staffed. Took about 10 minutes to get the gear for mini golf and a 35 minute wait for laser tag. To put the cherry on top the laser tag was broken for one of us. Most staff were nice and friendly there were a few who had a rude tone, although I think they were just stressed running all over the place as it really only seemed like five workers were actually doing anything. The bathrooms were disgusting. Near the sink there was just a line of mold and rust on the sink faucet. I have been taking my kids and now grandkids here for years and yesterday I was stunned at the lack of maintenance through out. It was under staffed with people waiting for someone to show up and load kids on the rides. Only 3 boats worked. The putting course on hole 3 swallowed balls and did not spit them out so they got stuck. I should have demanded a full refund. Even my kids said - let's go after one hour. After me years of living in Modesto, and then mini years of living outside of Modesto visiting, this location was still a pretty fun place to have a 11 year olds birthday party at. We had party room number one reserved our hostess. Charlie was polite and helpful. Once we Finished our reservation. We were informed that we could move our party outside which was nice as well. We enjoyed all of the outside activities that were available as well as all of the games inside and the indoor bumper chairs. On my god this place still continues to get a lot of clientele having their festivities here. it was nice to see some added areas like the Cantina with the outside seating area and TVs. we will visit again podcast to experience the night light miniature, golf adventure. read more

We had our sons birthday party there and our host was the BEST!!! Charlie did a great job, always checking up to see if everything was ok. The reason why I give it 3 start is because some of the working that work there had bad costumer service. 1: when we had our tickets for our dipndots the lady that was helping us seems like she didn't want to be there she looked annoyed that she had to help all the 15 guest we had. 2: the gentleman at the laser tag was rude to our kids. 3: when one of our parents won the big ball form the claw machine it popped when they bounced the ball we had asked one of the workers if they could replace the ball because they had popped we told them that the ball had a lot of air. He had asked his manager if they were able to replace it, the manager said no they were not gonna replace it. It's not their problem. We came on a Friday and took advantage of their online deal, unlimited attractions except batting cages and arcade. Food choice between 4 menu items (no drink) was also included. Arrived at 6pm and left at 10. The place was nice and very welcoming. We started off with the bumper cars inside. We moved on to outside and let the kiddos do the mini go karts, then we moved along to the adult go karts. The kids rode with us they had a blast. Afterward we ordered our food. We tried 3 of their 4 items. The burger, pizzas and tenders were all really good. We ordered a slushy for the kids and ordered beer for ourselves. They do have a bar to the left where you order food. Beer on tap, bottled and seltzers were the options. We ate outside in their patio area. The kids who worked there were really nice and lit up our fire pit and heat lamp. To walk off our delicious food we played the 18 round of mini golf. It was so much fun. Another round of go karts and then it was 15 min left for arcades. They literally shut the power off of the games at 10. Which was a little rude since we were almost done playing the TNT game. Oh well. They still let the kids pick their prizes afterward. It was not packed at all but 4 hrs was not enough time to do the lazer tag, batting cages, water bumpers or the one little ride they had. I would recommend 5-6 hrs during the week and maybe 7 and more for a weekend. Overall, we're definitely coming back and giving ourselves more time. read more
