Sells you his knowledge, but doesn't have the skill to implement his knowledge. Work is sub par. Had a master electrician from Elkins there while work was being done. He knew this owner and taught him in school. Stated that his work was not up to professional standards. I paid him $1500 for very little work he and his worker accomplished in 6 hours of work. I asked him to leave and then told him I would not be using his service to complete the job. Felt like a bait and switch. He stated that another client was not happy with is installing of windows. Stated caulking was not done correctly. Information directly from owner to me. I requested a refund for part of the $1500. The owner declined. Will be sending a demand letter and moving to the courts after, if owner does not refund $1000 of the $1500 paid.

He also did his best to reuse anything that was still there. He had to put in new breakers because the box was new. BUT, knowing that I sell on eBay he let me know that all the old breakers were valuable and I could easily sell them. The final price of phase 1 was significantly below the estimate which was a nice surprise! James was also wonderful about our irregular schedule. All of the crew were friendly and fabulous.
