They came out in a very timely manner and got right to the problem and had it fixed before they left. I honestly thought they'd have to identify the problem, go get supplies, etc. and come back another day to fix it. I really expected it to be an ordeal. It wasn't! They had everything they needed and were very efficient; very knowledgeable too! Right here before Christmas, I feel very thankful that they were able to get to my problem and fix it. The only two outlets in my kitchen weren't working at all and, if not for Wilbanks, it could have been a real inconvenience. I also really appreciate how friendly and respectful they are with each other as they work. It's refreshing to see that! I hope I won't often have electric or plumbing problems but if and when I do, I will definitely call Wilbanks! Highly recommended!

Contract said nothing about purchasing any amount just that gas could only be purchased thru them. Tank had 57% propane in it when picked up and I only received $225 for the $500 worth the propane that they stole. Pat Palmer and the secretary are horrible to deal with very rude and took 5 days to get the $225.

It heated the whole house and our gas bill was up less than $20 a month and ACE bill down an avg $40 a month Dec-Feb this past winter.
