I canceled THAT service 2 weeks before my promotion ended. I paid my last bill and received acknowledgement of the cancelation and payment. 5 weeks later and 9 calls later, I am still getting billed a higher charge.. XFINITY internet is still active which I know from my Alexa app and my upstairs neighbor. I'm not there Xfinity says my internet is off but it isn't. With Armstrong EVERYTHING is as promised. Bills are clear with no add ons. You don't have to keep calling customer retention to get a reasonable charge for service. Your bill will not go up by a factor of 4. Customer service is friendly and US based...actually based near Pittsburgh.

And when they are done, all they do is throw down some crappy grass seed & spread straw that has weeds in it. They leave mud piles that should've been seeded. They don't even bother to smooth out the dirt they disturbed either. And they leave their water bottles & other small tools behind. I threw that stuff out. Calls to their customer service get nothing but "I'm sorry's" & "We apologize for the inconvenience". Just words. They don't mean anything. Hades will freeze over before I'd subscribe to their service. They may have subcontracted out all this work but if that's the type of people they subcontract, then their product is, I'm sure, just as bad. Stay away from this company.

Which she escalated when I responded with the "patience is a virtue" Now again I say this was my second week I had 3 days of training and was in nesting. So instead of telling how to respond to customers like this, they fired me! I reached out to their HR and they did nothing. HR Response I have reviewed the call. We must always remain focused and be professional at all times as we are representing both IAA and the provider. The customer was fustrated because she had to repeat the charges several time. Regardless of what the customer says we must remain professional. Possibly you could have said I am sorry, I am new and a bit slow yet. Thanks for your patience. Instead your chose to state patience is a virtue which was inappropriate and further fustrated the customer and caused her to escalate to management. The management team reviewed the call and as a result decided to proceed with discharge of your employment. I am going to support them in this decision. Thanks Lisa. Sorry it ended this way.
