I dropped my laptop off for repair on May5th 2011. The…read morecomputer would power up but the screen would not light up. I called to check status of repair on May 12th.. I was told that my computer was broke. (i realized this when I dropped it off for repair) I called again on May20th and was told that they havent even opened the computer to see the problem. I advised them that I thought it was a video card, I also advised I would rather just replace the video card. I was told that it would be "cracked open over the weekend" I went to the business today and asked about my computer, I was advised that it needed a motherboard, I told them that I would not be buying a new motherboard when I felt confident that it needed a video card. I then asked to just get the computer back and I would take it elsewhere. I was then advised that it was "taken apart" and that I could come back in a few hours. Unhappy with that i went out to my car and asked my husband to go speak with them. He advised them that after having the computer for 2 weeks and not being able to look at it and test the video card that we would like the computer back open or not and that we would not be paying for them to hold it for 2 weeks. They handed it right over.. and all intact. I am 100% positive that they did not even look at the computer and just wanted to sell me a motherboard for more money. COMPLAINT FILED WITH BBB I would like to see HONEST repairs.

Still Breezeline is better than most, particularly Spectrum. But we are moving and it is a real headache canceling service. You can't call. You can chat. You wait, and wait and wait and then answer many questions multiple times. Then just when you are almost finished, you get dusconnected. Since you provided your number can they call back? No. You must start the process over again. Is there something wrong with an 800 number with a callback option during normal business hours? Xfinity had the same business model and I just ended up successfully using my Visible hot spot. Sure I like using my smart devices at will. And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. Please dont refer to me as a valued customer. If I was valued, it would be easier to interact with you. And i wanted service canceled at the end of the month and told them so. I bet they cancel today and it is too much hassle to stop them.

I went to Walmart to purchase a phone . When I took it to T-Mobile to be activated, I was told to return it to WM because I could get a better price from them (T-Mobile). I did as they said. When I returned, again I had a long wait time. I was feeling ill and fell to the floor 4 times. I was given a chair to sit in while I waited. Finally got the phone and service. I returned with a friend to sign up and again had a long wait while the male employee was messing with the store thermostat and was treated as if we were a bother to him. My friend left without T-Mobile service. I think they need retrained or need to hire some more people.
