Towing my 6000 lb. travel trailer with my supercharged 2015 Chevy Colorado V6, the engine was missing and detonating badly. An Amarillo Chevy dealer diagnosed a computer problem they could not fix, so referred me to Boost Performance. Though very busy, Boost immediately ran diagnostics, showed me the problems and gave driving tips to protect the engine on my trip. We scheduled reprogramming for my return trip. After full diagnostics and reprogramming, the engine runs perfectly, has even more power, better gas mileage, and more appropriate and positive transmission shifts. No Boost Performance. Poo Poo performance. Customer service is poo poo, workers are poo poo and tunes are poo poo. If you don't spend big bucks with them, you're not a "real customer". They have the audacity to degrade you when you call their work and tunes in question. I would spend my money elsewhere. Literally spent 20 minutes tuning my car and sent me on my way. The fuel trims are off, car constantly goes lean under WOT and shuts off, the car barely idles and randomly goes lean at 2000 rpms and shuts off and then back on. I've chased the issues by replacing parts upon parts, but in the end when I went to another tuner the problems were in the tune. Save your time and money, $600 I'll never get back. But I was not called a "real customer" because I didn't spend big money with them, but Boost Performance does not have a problem taking your money and not providing quality service.
