He offered to look for them online. I declined initially, but later, when I came back into the store after having no luck at the others, I took him up on the offer. The transaction went smoothly, he was courteous, and he did his job with a smile. I work with people and I know they can be really rude the majority of the time BUT Martel did a GREAT job handling his job! So he did get my purchase of 200.00. Never under estimate how a person looks or dresses cause you never know how much money they are going to spend with your company.

Saturday night. I…read morewent in there twice, looking for running shoes. The mall closes at 9, but it was maybe 8:15-8:20, so I decided to run in to make a quick purchase. I came in the store the first time, and the first employee spoke to me as soon as he saw me. I looked around and saw a shoe that I liked, but decided to go to see what the other stores had to offer before making a final purchase. I came back a second time to try on a shoe. The other guy, a taller employee, was who I dealt with this time. He acted as if he was bothered by me requesting for a certain size in the shoe. I asked for a sock, and he acted like he was bothered then too, when he turned away from me to retrieve the sock. It was like I was a burden to him to make him do his job. At least do it with a "fake" smile. After trying on the shoe, I decided I didn't want to make the purchase. It didn't fit to my liking, but the main reason I left and went to Finish Line to make my purchase was because of the vibe I felt from the second worker. The first worker was fine- but that second one-- not so much. At Finish Line, both employees were courteous and very willing to help. I even got a better deal there! I won't be back to Hibbet, but I recommend you check out Finish Line!
