Raspberries were excellent, and cantaloupes were good. If I am in the mood for a burritos, I buy a two pack from the friendly Mexican food vendor. One burrito will last for my lunch and dinner. His chips were not very salty. I liked to have them for nachos, because I use sally cheese. The goat cheese place has good goat cheese that is perfect with crackers. The flower place sells excellent arrangements that last one to two weeks. I particularly like their sunflowers. The maple syrup guy shows up about every other week. His wife makes excellent Chex mix with some maple syrup baked in. I have to buy two small containers to last me two weeks. Once I bought the large container and I ate the whole thing that day. The pie and scone friendly vendor has meat pies during the Fall and winter that are quite tasty. I get there early, because some of the vendors get crowded. I would prefer this market in an area about double the size.

Easily a spot to shop for groceries, but we were most impressed with their speciality goods. We spent most of the first few hours walking around the zoo that had a huge chicken range, duck pond, cow, goats, sheep and horses. There are vending machine to buy corns to feed the animals. We had to get our own quarters as the coin exchange machine was broken. Around the noon we head to the Linvilla Grill. They had some good pizza and chicken tenders. There were few outdoor benched to dine. Price was little steep. The freshly squeezed lemonade was outrageous. They make the whole thing by grinding lemon right in front and put it in a huge plastic 32 oz jar. It is so worth for $8. We also bought some peaches and cooking sauces from the market. Cash is preferred, for credit card they charge fee at the market checkout.

In the fall the college students can use their meal plan to buy things from most of the vendors. Usually in the spring the market opens right before students leave so it's iffy. The townsfolk who run the event are very kind and are happy to chat with the students. I've never had issues with my payment. I usually like to get some pastries from Big Sky Bread Co. and fruit from Beechwood Orchards. I don't think they have enough going on to do your complete grocery shopping there, but I find my small treats and that's enough.
