Really, poor attitude some staffs because they are not professional pharmacists and did not help…read moreand won't speak me about need some medications. 3 men have threaten me and told me off. "Piss Off" meaning they couldn't be bother / take care, and so rude ! I feel became angry with them. Also I feel sick and so uncomfortable because do not true some staffs / pharmacists ! It's risky of medications and dangerous !

He didn't have to go the extra mile as it was not an issue of his making, and also the pharmacy was about to close for the weekend, but he found a way to temporarily resolve the issue until the GP surgery reopens on Monday. It is the kind of professional support, understanding and problem resolution that should be acknowledged as representing good practice.
