I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aarons; my whole family go there and I would never…read morego anywhere else. The Optometrists are so knowledgeable, I have every confidence that I am getting the best, up to date, thorough, eyecare. I feel that they are honest and professional and genuinely care about their patients. They do not sell for selling's sake, like some other chain opticians I could mention! My Mother previously went to one of these big chain opticians and was, basically, taken advantage of and ripped off; which makes me quite angry when it is your eyesight and a matter of health and something which has a big impact on lifestyle. I have full confidence that Aarons will never do this and now, so does my Mum. She has been very well cared for at Aarons. The practice is clean, comfortable and relaxing and the service, from booking an appointment to walking out is superb. Very friendly, they all put you at ease. They have good opening hours for convenience and if I needed an appointment urgently, I have always been seen, even without an appointment. They have a fantastic range of spectacles to choose from and give good, honest advice on which type suit you. I also get contact lenses from them and although they always give me free trial pairs of the latest lenses, I never feel under pressure to spend more if I don't need to. Absolutely the best Optometrists out there!

The staff are absolutely great and thorough and I know them on a first name basis! They provide a brilliant after care service, help choosing spectacles and advise on other eye care issues. They are award winning, having won the Outstanding Optomotrist of the Year 2005. Can get quite busy but that is testament to their achievements in eye care.

Although it only occupies a small space,it still offers a great selection of all types of shoes but particularly funky trainers from all the leading brands. What sets this store apart from other shoe shops is the fabulous customer service! Without being pushy staff were happy to approach me to offer help but equally allowed me to browse in my own time. All staff were so friendly and are a credit to the store. Upon purchasing a pair of trainers I didn't have to leave my seat as they use portable card readers and I was given the additional option of an e-receipt so they are certainly keeping up to date with technology! Although relatively expensive I will definitely go back.

The prices are great really cheap i got a suit there for a wedding i went to and with trousers,jacket,shirt and tie i paid £35 which is a bargain there is rails and rails to choose from.they have a huge changing room with nice large mirrors. They also stock a very good range of ladies clothing and a small section of childrens clothing. At the shop entrance they have the odd sale items of homeware. They also have a crest dry cleaning service as well which is chaep they also do ironing and alterations. Over all fantastic factory sale shop with great quality items.

Its also great because it has everyday medicines and health products which you may need from, shampoo, to asprin, and baby items. The staff are very talkative and very welcoming.

I love a good hunt through the British Heart Foundation charity shop! In this particular branch I…read morehave bagged quite a few goodies over the years including a gorgeous prom dress which originally would have cost £100+... and I paid the pricely sum of £5 for it! The staff is made up mainly of volunteers who are always very pleasant and helpful. That was my best buy but there have been others including Next jumpers, Topshop bags and belts, and other designer accessories. Not only is it good to know that you are getting a bargain but you also get that warm fuzzy feeling of knowing that your money is supporting a great, worthwhile cause.
