The store is well laid out and looks clean and tidy. The staff are pleasant and helpful and they do their best to serve you as quickly as possible at the checkouts. I can usually find what I am looking for in this branch of Boots, although it is not always the cheapest place around with other places like Bodycare that sell a lot of the same products. You can use your Boots advantage card though and save up for some treats for yourself!

Having just been refurbished it now looks very modern and can easily compete with the likes of Boots or Superdrug. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will even chat to you about general things as you wait for your prescription. You can also buy a variety of toiltetires and noin prescriptive medecines from here too and the prices are usually quite good.

They do sell a good range for a small store, but obviously it is limited to the best selling ranges, so it is more of a store to get what you need, rather than going in for a browse. The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable especially regarding pharmacy and prescription items and will advise you if you can buy something cheaper from the counter rather than on prescription to save you money.

As it is quite a big shop, you are able to walk around and shop in peace at your leisure, without having other customers pushing and shoving around you. The sales assistants are always friendly, and offer advice on different products, particularly the beauty items. There are always great offers on, making it easy to save money. There is an up-beat atmosphere, with modern music playing quietly, making it a fun place to shop.

It's just over the road from the large Sainsburys superstore. In the same complex is Next, JJB, Mamas and Papas and the Holiday Superstore. Across the road is McDonalds, Frankie & Benny, Pizza Hut, etc. You'll also find the cinema, TenPin and Canons Health Club. It's also just across from Sixfields where Northampton play their football. So a good Boots. Instore Pharmacy. Snacks. You can print your own photos or hand them in for developing - no in-store processing. Very clean toilets and baby change too.

I have always found the staff here to be friendly and helpful. The store carries a great range of mens' toiletries and things like vitamin supplements and baby stuff (Mamas and Papas next door makes this a no-brainer). I don't have a Boots card, but the checkout girls have always validated my receipts without my asking, so my wife can pick up the points. Sounds like a small thing, but it doesn't happen everywhere and Boots points pay for loads of our Christmas shopping, so they are well worth keeping on top of. I would give this shop a genuine 5, apart from the car park location means crossing a mad entry/exit lane to get to the shop, which is a bit stressful with kids. If it wasn't for that I'd give it ten out of ten. So I give it 9, which on here is still 5 stars!!

This store is what i would describe as a small boots and is located in the Clock Towers shopping centre opposite Bon Marche, it has lots of toiletries, perfume counter, baby stuff and a pharmacy, but no gifts or clothes etc. The pharmacy is very good, although i find i have to wait a lot longer at this chemist compared to the other one on the gallgher retail park. The service is very polite and efficent though and i have to admit on the occasions i have used this pharmicist they have never been out of stock of my eczema products. Its easily located for people whom doctors surgeries are in town like my own. The access to the store is very wheelchair and pushchair friendly. There are two tills and i must say that there always seems to be queuing but they are efficent staff so normally does not take too much time to get served. I do find theree prices on there perfumes quite high though, especially when just opposie them is two other stores that sell perfume and aftershave at a lower costs, can not be very profitable i would imagine. Good store and conviently located in town, so i would reccommend it.

Savers is a store which sell similar items to Superdrug, only a lot cheaper. You can get make up,…read moreskin care, household cleaning items, deoderants, gifts, perfumes and loads of other items at Savers, all at really low prices. Top brand perfumes and moistuisers are especially cheap compared with places like Boots. This Savers branch is not one of the big ones, although I usually find what I am looking for. It's not really the sort of store that I want to browse for ages in, as it doesn't really have any great displays or anything to keep me interested, but it does the job! If you are looking for cosmetics or skincare or anything that you would usually buy from other chemist style stores, then why not pop into Savers first as it might be quite a bit cheaper? The only thing about this branch is that they always seem to be advertising for staff in the window,although I know a few people who applied for a job and never heard back from them!

The shelves are always fully stocked. Well known branded products from Lynx body spray, Flash Bleach and charms toilet roll are all available at a good percentage cheaper than other stores like savers, Such as Superdrug, Wilkinsons etc. The staff are very polite and helpful. The only problem with the store is that it's out the way, set right at other end of town. It's a good walk from the nearest car park, but I guess it's worth it.. save the pounds on products, and burn the pounds walking there ;)
