I was furious as this made me extremely late to pick up my daughter. Black lady on the till said she wasn't bothered and we should be patient. I think your staff need retraining. Lucky for your staff member myself & others had patience and not lashed back at her. Get better trained staff. Your staff should not be escalating situations and making customers anxious. Training is really needed here.

I went down to Lewisham Boots and even though I had no receipts, they said I could exchange the goods for other items in the store of the same value. I had to do this on the same day before all the prices of good would change in the Boxing Day sales. What's more, I had forgotten to bring my mobile phone, so I asked if I could phone home to see what other members of the family would like to get from Boots. They were very helpful in letting me use their phone. As a result, I got the goods that my family and I wanted from Boots. I am therefore very impressed with their level of customer service at Boots, particularly from the store manager. One to recommend.
