I had to call for directions once in the complex (far west side) and the darling lady was so sweet. I paid for the order without checking it. The lady was so professional and kind and wished me safety and health. I would hands-down give 5 stars except I received grilled chicken instead of katsu (breaded) style, and there was only one piece of broccoli and one zucchini piece. The sweet lady working said she gave me extra sauce, a very nice touch for a to-go order. She deserved the extra tip because of her kindness. I will be back. It was the only place open after our movie and we were oh so lucky. I was so cold from the theater and they provided delicious warm Udon soup, healthy too. The chicken was so tasty and grilled.
