Let me tell you a little bit about this company. On April 24, 2021, I exited their parking garage later in the evening and as I started to pull out of the gate, the gate broke and fell on the hood of my car leaving a massive, unrepairable dent. I immediately contacted the police and filed a police report. After obtaining the owners information from the security office, as requested, I sent them the police report, dashcam videos of the incident and the body shop's estimate to repair/replace my hood. Before even receiving that information, this company said that they wanted to pay for the damages in full without going through insurance (refusing to give their insurance information to me). Well, after I sent them what they requested, the owner blocked my number (texts/calls would no go through anymore). So I then called the company directly and asked to speak to the same manager I was previously in contact with, Odete, and was told she would contact me back. That was three days ago. I'm now obviously preceding with legal action as the damage done will cost thousands to repair.
