He tore up my home, didn't follow code and wouldn't remedy it, but he took my money and caused us more burdens to fix all the damage he did! I feel he prices his work according to your status, gender, what kind of home you have, etc. and takes advantage of unsuspecting folks, even with his "smooth talk" manipulation. He's so ruthless, he even brought his young grandson to crawl under my home to pull wires for him!! The poor kid was scared, but he made him do it, even though I objected! Nice grandfather, huh? A R & C was just that company, very knowledgeable and professional. They helped get the problem resolved and had to deal with AHS a couple of times. Charles was my technician that was sent out. Very nice guy, and with the reviews of this company elsewhere I can see why they had a very high rating. We had our air serviced by on time for a yearly tuneup and stated a part was bad on our air conditioning inside. So since we have the home warranty we figure we already pay for this repair and called them. And Charles stated the repair was only about 320 when the on time guy said 600-1300 for the repair... not saying on time folks are wrong... it glad Charlie got us fixed once the part came in.
